Today we visited Fabrick and the food was outstanding. The service was friendly, welcoming and charming. Every little piece on our plates seemed to be carefully placed and served a purpose. The dishes we had were seafood cappuccino, mixed croquettes, octopus and ravioli. Probably the best food I ever had on Mallorca. The interior is cozy and just like with the food every single piece is carefully placed. On top of everything there is always a nice tune playing in the background. We want to thank Adriane and Andrea for a nice time. Till next time.

Great service, amazing wine and extraordinary food.
The experience starts when warmly welcomed in a very nice environment and keeps ongoing when brought through the menu and the wine list.
Both raw and cooked fish are close to experimental dishes, with an explosion of tastes and high quality ingredients.
The dessert, daily prepared and fresh, have been the perfect end of a delicious dinner, one of the best I have ever had.
The bill have been more than fair considering what we had, a dinner like this would have cost double in Milano.
I will for sure use FaBrick as a benchmark for top quality restaurants.

We spent a wonderful evening at Fabrick Food and More in December and as it was such a nice evening also in January. The service was so friendly and special and the food superb.. First we got 4 different types of Humus and after we both were so happy with the Seafood Cuppuchino, wich was delicious as a starter. Then we tried Tuna Tartare and the grilled Octopus wirh Veggie sauces. The bread was home made, first with safran, then with garlic.
The restaurant ist small and cosy and the menue is written by hand in a very special way..

Tough to overstate how wonderful the food was. Small restaurant with a single attentive waitress melodically humming along to the softly played music. The decor was beautiful as well. We ordered the octopus, salmon tartar, and duck tataki. Each course was fantastic and we didn't leave a single crumb on any of the plates. Best to order 1.5-2 dishes per person depending on how hungry you are. Can't wait to go back.

Ate here last night. Excellent relaxed informative hosting, fabulous food & a really quirky interior.
The inventiveness of the dishes was genius. I mean, who would put cuttlefish, squid ink, cauliflower, cream & cocoa powder together to make a starter of ‘Seafood Cappuccino’? Not only that but it tasted amazing, as did the croquettes (my favourite).
Our octopus (blew me away) & duck mains were 10/10. The desert of herbal Choc brownies were melt-in-the-mouth, while the wine was a great match.
All in, this place is pretty much perfect. Certainly deserving of its No.1 Trip Advisor rating.

Bill came to 60€ including a bottle of wine. Starters of croquettas and broccoli bruschetta was great and the duck for a main was amazing. The best meal I've eaten in years. Waitress advised us to share a main as with the starters she said it might be too much food. She was spot on. Can't fault this place.

Just stunning. Run by a very pleasant young couple who know how to make food special unique and very tasty. Add some great wines which they are more than happy to serve by the glass so you can fully enjoy a matched food and drink experience Just book and GO

Perfect food, service and attention to details. We had beef tartar, octopus and duck all perfect cooked and presented on plate. Fully recommend the restaurant and for sure we will visit next time in Mallorca

Food in this little gem was simply spectacular. As far as we could see the restaurant is managed by the persons alone. That’s why the spread their reservation times throughout the evening, thus ensuring perfect service with no waiting time. Their signature dish pulpo with potato salad ranks among the best seafood dishes I have ever eaten. The same goes for the pate de conejo. The interior design is funny and very individual with old beat music running from a small Marshall box. Perfect evening

We found this after reading reviews on here. It took us a while to find it and we were not sure about the appearance from outside… Don’t let that put you off !! Book well in advance it’s only small and very busy. The whole experience is fabulous, the decor quirky and fun and staff wonderful. The food menu is compact showcasing lovely fresh local produce and Everything is homemade. We had croquettes and a beetroot carpaccio to start followed by Duck and the signature octopus dish as mains . All beautifully presented and excellent flavours. The wine list is good and nothing mega expensive in fact our whole meal with wine, dessert and coffees came in at just under €100 which was very good value. We will definitely go back next time we are in Palma

This restaurant is excellent. From the amazing food (we had the seafood cappuccino, sausage croquettes, gnocchi and octopus), to the friendly and attentive service, to the great music. It’s an absolute must.
The menu changes on a weekly basis depending on what is available and fresh, and will definitely be back.

We booked here due to the great reviews as we were travelling from Portals Nous into Palma for 1 night so you kind of book blind and trust the reviews you read on here. We had booked for 7.30pm weeks before arriving but soon wanted to change this due to the heatwave being felt across Europe. Unfortunately (for us) they were fully booked the rest of the night so we considered whether to cancel and look for somewhere else but boy am I delighted that we didn't and arrived at 7.30pm as booked. The restaurant is ran by a lovely couple who take advise that they take their menu ideas from the travelling they have done worldwide which brings such a varied and interesting menu to choose from. The arrival is so friendly and welcoming with the dining area so quaint and quirky that we spent as much time perusing the room as we did the menu! We chose 4 dishes which was the recommendation and it was spot on to be honest. We were first served some lovely homemade crackers with hummus as a complimentary snack and it was delicious! We had beautiful sourdough bread with Fabrick oil which was simply delicious. We then had the croquettes which on the given night were octopus and they were so tasty and fresh! We ended with the lamb meatballs and they were the best I have ever tasted! Served with homemade flatbreads and the most wonderful sides and sauces. Would thoroughly recommend anyone visiting Palma to go here and advise booking to avoid disappointment. Wonderful wonderful experience :-)

Chose this place to celebrate our anniversary and engagement - the food was absolutely faultless - we opted for the sea cappuccino and paté for starters (sadly they ran out of the sausage croquettes but we saw several tables enjoying them), duck and octopus for mains and almond cake for dessert. The highlights were the octopus (the most tender we’ve ever had and we’ve had a lot) and duck. Service was super friendly and excellent too!

We were blown away with this restaurant and the owners. Made to feel at home inside a uniquely designed dining area. Dishes adapted to suit our tastes and advice on best local wine to accompany our meal. Highly recommend

WOW....
We've eaten all over the world at some amazing places but I have to tell you that the creativity and passion in the food found in this particular restaurant are second to none!
Fabric was founded as a restaurant to promote locally sourced produce and recipes with a twist of modern Mediterranean cheffing, we'd read the reviews praising it and booked as soon as we got to Palma. We understood that tables are limited due to the size of the restaurant and wanted to make sure we got in!
First impressions of the restaurant are a wonderfully warm and friendly greeting from Adriane as she seats you and talks about today's menu. From the decor to the cutlery, this place has a distinctive and charmingly steam punk-esq / rock and roll vibe that's really fun! Then comes the daily changing menu....
The chef, Andrea, is a genius when it comes to combining flavours, presentation and texture! His ideas are forward thinking but you get an explosion on your tastebuds that is unrivalled anywhere else we have eaten. He seems to really understand how to mix and balance food so that you are left astonished and (as we did) booking to come back!
Of our 4 nights in Palma (this time) we ate at Fabrick 3 times! A personal favourite dish was the Spicy Red Tuna Tartar, Fried Shish Leaf and Japanese Mayonnaise. The vegetarian options are EXCEPTIONAL! As you can see from my photos each dish was superbly presented and tastes just as good as it looks.
Long may their success continue and we will be definitely booking again next trip - Thank you Adriana and Andrea, see you in September!
