If you had enough of tourists'traps then go to Cannibal!Giovanni is the perfect host and will welcome you with a smile and great you in the many languages he speaks making anyone feel at home.He and his crew will introduce you to a trip of original food creations and combinations:you will taste/travel around the world sitting and sipping delicious wine and cocktails.I love fish oriental stile ,I really enjoyed the salmon tataky with a galore of yummy coconut cream and ginger sauce while A. prefers meat and had a supertender chimichurry slow cooked meat, he said he was the best he had in years..and he is French...you know! We were impressed from the refined recepees and look :portion are rich and still beautifully presented.The space is finely decorated with great attention to detail(which I liked being an artist), nice on your eyes and your palate. The prices surprisingly affordable. A real pearl of cuisine in the pearls' country!!!! We were sorry for not being able to get back and try out more recepees.

Amazing Restaurant in Palma fianally!!
Location with lots of stunning details,
The 2 owners really kind in our questions, we eat sea food, shrimps and sea bass really fresh with a Mediterranean flavour, you can really see that the chef as upper knlowlodges.
The manager always smiling, in addidditon ready for new proupose out of the menu and service excellent.
Personally till today best restaurant with no doubt in Palma.

We waited for two days for them to open as we arrived in Palma on a Sunday and they are open Tuesday to Saturday. We went at 8, when they open and got one of the last tables. We had the excellent Alhambra beer and started with the tomato, avocado and cheese salad which was delicious and served with superb quality bread, we then had the queenie scallops served in their shells with fish eggs, the calamari served unusually, but deliciously, with caramelised onions. We wanted more, as it was all so tasty and then had the local prawns with butter and lamb an the pork meatballs with a cheese sauce. All this excellent food and great service, with 4 Alhambras was €78! A veritable bargain, we are going back.

I took my son to this restaurant on Thursday the 12th August . We booked for 945pm but we were held up and I rang to explain and said we would be there in 15 mins but unfortunately it took us longer to leave our hotel and we didn’t arrive at the restaurant until 1030pm. I would not have minded at all if the restaurant had said that we were too late but Giovanni gave us a fantastic welcome and we ordered quickly . The food was absolutely wonderful with friendly attentive service and we had the bonus of visiting the restaurant on an evening when another table had booked a magician to entertain them ,so we were able to watch the magician performing some amazing tricks .
I’m looking forward to visiting the restaurant again when we are next in Palma and a massive thank you to Giovanni and his colleagues for looking after us so well 👍

We visited here on Thursday night. We had tried to make a reservation and not having heard back we just turned up. Acing discovered that our request hadn’t been received and that they were fully booked up we were disappointed. We asked was there any chance of them fitting us in, the owner replied yes as long as we didn’t mind sitting outside. The weather was dry and not too cold so we jumped at the opportunity. Given that they were busy, we were grateful they could fit us in. The food that we ate was out of this world, that with the house wine which was recommended made it a truly unforgettable experience. We are back in Palma in April and hope to eat here again, hopefully having made a successful booking in advance. Thank you and see you at Easter.

A place which lives up to its glowing reviews. This restaurant perfectly balances superb food (the Galician clams were the stand-out dish!), a relaxed atmosphere, attentive but unintrusive service and value-for-money pricing. You NEED TO BOOK because we saw at least 10 people (politely) turned away during our visit as the restaurant is relatively small.

We visited last night following the Trip
advisor stellar reviews. Such a cool place. Very warm welcome from the owner and a very chilled vibe. Located on a back street which for us only added to the rustic charm. Daily menu according to the market specials and washed down with fab and very reasonably priced wines. Loved their take on a tomato salad and the scallops cooked in their shell were a triumph. The baked (served cold) cheesecake to finish was sublime served with complimentary limoncello. Bravo đź‘Ź

Exceptional food. There is no set menu, chef only drew up the day’s menu based on fresh ingredients bought from the market on that day. Everything tasted good. Staff is super relaxed yet attentive, they knew what we needed before we asked. Highly recommend this place.

We booked for dinner and we’re not disappointed, we had the iberian pork with lemon & parmesan hummus (please can we have the recipe?) followed by chicken that was similar to paella. Everything was excellent especially the pork which we loved. Don’t hesitate to give this restaurant a try, great service and atmosphere - make sure you book!

We were lucky to get a table outside. Check. They only have dishes of the day and we chose a pork Piccadillo with Eggs that was served with amazing fries. Incredible seasoning. The Secreto Ibericon (pork neck) with hummus and arugula and Parmesan was just a perfect dish. All dishes can best shared. Ah…the drinks…the rum cooler with fresh fruit juices was refreshing and delicious. Last bit least: super and personal service. Totally ok prices. If you are looking for “down to earth” and simple yet delicious food and great service, this is the place to go.

We had such a lovely evening here. It’s a small & informal restaurant with a great vibe & the most fantastic food. The host is welcoming, helpful, and clearly enthusiastic about the ethos of serving the best local ingredients, beautifully cooked.
We had a table alongside the open kitchen so saw all our food prepared from scratch, which was a great bit of theatre! It really was the perfect package - excellent food in a comfortable & welcoming setting.

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary dinner and we could not have rated it higher, from start to finish, the service was amazing. The owner helped us choose wines, described the menu in great detail and offered advice on questions we had about the menu. For such a small restaurant, quality is so much more fulfilling than quantity because the food was incredible. You can watch the chefs cook it and it is cooked to order- every dish was 10/10. We left feeling very full and with much love for Cannibal Cantina!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had, not just in Palma. Service was fantastic, the menu is updated every day based off what they get from the market and they happily provide recommendations. Every single dish we had was amazing, would eat here every single night if we could.

This tiny restaurant, on the edge of the Old Town, was just a block away from our hotel. The food, made for sharing, was delicious.. The owner can be a little off-putting, but he warmed up as the evening went on and gave us excellent advice about the choices on the menu. A reservation is a must, but worth it; people were being turned away.

We really enjoyed our time here, the wine was great and the food was exceptionally good. The menu changes daily I believe, we had cod, which was so tasty, peppers, garlic, oil which was mopped up with bread, followed by leeks in romesco sauce with the distinctive but subtle taste of gorgonzola, then steak & chips, cooked to utter perfection.
Hats off to the unflappable, friendly and talented chef. We were served in an attentive manner, we felt welcome and special in a busy environment. These two obviously communicate well and it all comes together in a brilliant way, I would totally recommend paying them a visit 🏅
