We walked past this place on our way to a restaurant chosen on here higher up the ratings, which we'd also passed the night before but It was closed Mondays.
So without looking on here at reviews we went for it and what a find.
Waiting staff were exceptional from the start and from where I was sat I could see in the kitchen which run like a well oiled machine turning out fantastic, tasty well presented food at a reasonable price for the quality.
Really nice decor and atmosphere, staff are attentive and food was great.
Highly recommended and we'd probably never have seen this on Trip Ad! Cause its 118 position for some reason. Maybe not for long though or does it involve money to move up the ranks, I'm not sure how it works.

Fabulous Mola, we had been there in March and returned on Wednesday.
So impressed.
Astrid and Stephanie are so friendly and helpful. They asked the chef if I could have one of the dishes from the old menu and he prepared this especially for us. Such incredible service. I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Catalina. Its going to be a favourite when I return next year. In the meantime my partner will definitely return.
Thank you all at Mola. See you in 2024.

Our accidental discovery of the restaurant was truly a stroke of luck. The modest sign aroused our curiosity and we were greeted at lunchtime by a friendly and professional waiter. When we asked, he gave us valuable advice on choosing our dishes.
The food we enjoyed here was exceptionally good. Although we have already experienced some great restaurants on this island, the combination of flavors and textures in the dishes here made every bite a real treat. We are really demanding foodies, but this restaurant impressed us with its excellent molecular cuisine.
What particularly surprised us was the fact that the prices were still very reasonable. This cuisine can easily compete with the best Michelin-starred restaurants, even if it doesn't have one itself.
We can fully recommend this restaurant and it is now our favorite place to eat. We will happily come back here again and again, even if we have to travel to Palma.

We booked a table at Mola whilst on a weekend away to Palma after seeing it recommended on a top restaurants blog and we were not disappointed! The staff were all amazing, so knowledgeable and passionate about the food and the food itself was delicious.. Very accommodating for us with our young baby in a pram and called us before arriving to make sure we would have enough space.
Would 100% recommend for a meal whilst in Palma

Such a lovely place, small but sunny and spacious, beautiful but casual,
truly fantastic food, ( and the absolutely best salad sauce in town) excellent wine and people who know what they are doing.
All of that Quality for a truly decent price.
It’s perfect to have lunch after shopping at the Santa Catalina Market across the street,
since it doesn’t close after lunch it’s also ideal for an early dinner, which we love but we also enjoy eating there at night and stayed a few times up to the end, the atmosphere (and the music ) was just to nice to go.

We went by chance since the bars in the market were full.
We had cheese and spinach rolls, some triangles of something Moroccan that I don't remember the name, a Thai salad, and a lamb with Greek sauce.
Everything tasted very good, but the most expensive was the lamb (€26) and the portion left a lot to be desired.
I ordered a vermouth and also found it scarce, but the waiter, seeing my face, agreed to fill the glass a little more. A detail to be appreciated.

My wife and I visited restaurant Mola Santa Catalina for dinner and it was really excellent.
Once in a while you run into a place that simply hits a spot and we had that moment with Mola Santa Catalina.
Tucked away in an arty neighborhood of Santa Catalina, this restaurant delighted me as soon as I opened the menu and I'm happy to say the output very much fulfilled the initial promise.
Cocktail of the day was amaretto sour and it was really tremendous, with amazing combination of tastes.
For starters we ordered falafels and prawn tempura and it's difficult to say which was better, both were really amazing. Falafels were served with pomegranate, giving it a certain refreshing note, and gloriously creamy baba ganoush. Tempura prawns were served with Wasabi mayonnaise giving it very potent piquant taste.
For main course we ordered spring tagliatelle with burrata and green vegetables and it was delicious, creamy burrata mixing perfectly with earthy flavors of vegetables.
The fact there was no room for desserts was the only disappointment.
Although many restaurants advertise themselves as fusion, few do it so convincingly and successfully as Mola Santa Catalina.
Warmly recommended to anyone looking for a special meal in an unpretentious atmosphere.

We had a lovely meal here where everything was fresh and delicious. Almost didn't have the usual bread, olives and ajo starter, but so glad we did, as the homemade bread was excellent. Seabass and steak were both fantastic, as was the quality of the food from the children's menu. Our waitress was super friendly and we really enjoyed our meal. Their other branch is very well reviewed - we ate early and the Santa Catalina branch was fairly quiet, but they deserve to be fully booked!

We received great advice on the menu, according to our taste, and ordered a few dishes to share. Our favourites included the tempura prawns with wasabi mayonnaise and the beef carpaccio special. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the team are on hand to help at all times. Special shout out to Vendela - thank you for helping to make our wedding anniversary special.

We searched Google for a good restaurant in Palma where the focus was on flavour. We were not disappointed. You must try the signature dish of tempura prawns with wasabi and also the green pea hummus which was delicious. The service was first class and we can recommend the Albarino white wine. Well-kept service and local, maximum attention to children, varied menu with many dishes not typically Spanish but tasty. Falafel, tuna and lamb superlatives! Manager and very nice waiters! The place to be in Palma!

From the welcome, the aperitif and the wine recommendation to the explanations of the food - we would like to highlight the outstanding service staff. We felt very comfortable and well advised. Always competent, friendly and attentive.
The dishes:
As a starter we had a strawberry gazpacho, which was a dream in these temperatures, followed by a very good bluefin tuna tartare in ponzu sauce with avocado. We just say delicious! 🤤
As a main course we more than satisfied the hake (Merluza), a daily recommendation from the table, and an excellent duck that reminded me of the spices of Asia. The fusion kitchen is completely successful and we can only recommend everyone to visit this wonderful restaurant.

There were three of us and we all had different starters and main courses.
Starting with tempura prawns, gyozas with chicken and tartar tuna over cod, tagliatelle and entrecote everything was perfect. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is very bright and tastefully decorated and has an open kitchen. A smooth 10/10

Two time the daily dish. As a starter dumplings with chicken and prawns and for main course the lamb chops with a fresh salad. Dishes were tasty and well prepared, staff very friendly and helpful and the place itself stylish. Something to go back to.

Loved this little restaurant with very friendly service and delicious and flavoursome food. I particularly liked the way they fused local ingredients with oriental flavours.
We decided to share the tempura prawns with wasabi mayonnaise, sweet and sour carrots and mango. Utterly divine. We then had the sea bass dish of the day and the lamb curry, which totally reminded me of wonderful Thai flavours. This curry was delicious. And we then had the chocolate parfait with pineapple raqout and coconut foam. And our white wine called San Prim, a local wine made from Merlot grapes was different and very enjoyable.
I was very impressed with the quality of the food which I can't rave about enough. Highly recommend. And the cost of our meal was very reasonable too at €130.
