The prawn curry cooked in tamarind and coconut, is out of this world. Literally one of the best curries I've had in a while.

This little indian restaurant just outside the city centre, near the harbour, was sublime. We lived nearby and fancied a dinner close to the headquarters. You are able to sit in a crossing of two streets in the open, and the atmosphere was very good....More

Eating in Bindi is an experience; it's not your regular Indian restaurant. In fact, it's as far apart as you can get. Don't worry we still have the favourites such as the naan bread, tandoori, samosas, onion bhajis.....but all done the bindi way.
There's a great saying in English which very much applies to Bindi, 'All good things comes to those who wait' All our food is freshly made the moment you order, so we are able to customise our food to your exact needs, nothing you can ask for is impossible for us.
We are open at lunchtimes for a thali menu. A thali menu consists of a plate containing 3 curries (which you can select from 4 on offer, there are always 3 vegetarian curries and 1 meat, chicken and/or fish)these are served with indian bread, puri, rice, raita, starter and a dessert all for only 14.50€ everything we do can be served mild, medium or spicy.
In the evening we also offer our thali (due to public demand) and our a la carte menu. What we offer on our menu is a selection of dishes from the North and South of India. We have dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Uttapam, Chole Bhatura and of course our own Biriyani the Bindi way made from quinoa served with prawns, chicken or vegetable accompanied by a tomato and pistachio sauce.
If you can't see what you like on our menu we are always happy to make you your favourite dish.
Other than eating in Bindi we are also open for you to enjoy a cocktail, lassi or a glass of wine on our beautiful terrace or next to our cosy chimney on those cooler nights.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
