Super great caffe, service, and sandwich!! Sandwich so simple but fresh and full of flavor. We got the Serrano with cheese and tomato. Bread so fresh and crispy and tomato had so much brightness and acid! Server super friendly!

One of the best hidden gems in Palma, right in the heart of town. Authentic cafe and sandwiches. Friendly service. Must try.

We had breakfast here and it's just a small, really Spanish place that serves toasts etc, good coffee and fresh orange juice and has lovely staff - a real locals bar. It's small and sometimes doesn't look open but go and try - it's worth finding

I was staying around the corner from bar tony. I was given this place as a recommendation and a spot only locals know. I certainly was not disappointed. It’s extremely local so much so that the waitstaff doesn’t speak a lot of English. Which I don’t mind because the food was amazing and extremely authentic and we were able to get by. I would highly recommend their cafe con leche and their breakfast sandwich with Serrano. The bread is so crisp and to die for and the cheese pairs well with the tomato and Serrano, 👏🏻👏🏻

Lots of people miss this authentic little bar as it's so unpretentious that it almost blends in with the bookshop next door. Very limited range of tapas, which is how it always was, nothing fancy just some boquerones or whatever. Founded in 1954 and still family run, if you want a coffee a quick snack or sandwich , this is the place for you. Don't go in thinking you'll hang around all through lunch as it shuts at 2pm.lots of interesting old Palma illustrations on the walls. This is the real deal

A really nice place to a have a quick coffee indoors (more like espresso, not like all starbucks and alike chains). The sandwiches are really nice, with the local bread (llonguet) and cold cuts.

Helpful and friendly staff, prices reasonable with a great range of items on the menu, food tasty too. Even though the place was busy we didn't wait long for our food to arrive so is worth a visit.

All the reviews are spot on.
Best llanguetes in Palma and coffee is the best I've had in Spain (still a long way behind Melbourne though ;)
Great to sit down or stand at the bar and watch everyday Mallorcans go about their business.

Ate here a couple of times as the food was beautiful. My kids are fussy eaters but even they ate everything on their plates. The burgers are gorgeous and very reasonably priced, for 4 of us with soft drinks and food the most we paid was around €30. Definately try this place, aswell as the food the staff were very friendly

Do not expect anything impressive. The locals arriving from 0700 onwards to read the papers and have breakfast before heading to their works in the area make a consistent group of people of the type that make a city work without needing awards or publicity. It is there since 1954 and the second generation is running it. Limited but honest local delicacies are there on offer, allways 100% fresh (the bread arrives only at 0800 from the local area baker). Just sit, have a coffee, watch everybody, take a llonguet (bread) with tomato and cheese and walk out smiling and ready to face the day.

Went here on the advice of TA reviews (which we're all in Spanish). Super little local bar/cafe which serves great cafe con leche, fresh OJ and bocadillos (llonguet) No real menu to be found but super friendly staff to guide your choice.
A little Spanish helps here 😉
This is a family run bar/cafe with the son holding fort behind the bar with his mother & sister keeping the front of house & food rolling . Service from the ladies serving was brilliant & their friendliness alone was worth coming back for.
They serve hot bocadillos .... Choose from jamon Serrano, queso, anchovy, + a few other fillings , our favourite was the local black (blood) pudding .... Served warm with a glug of Delish olive oil.
This is where locals grab an early or mid morning bite and is a real slice of Spanish daily life. Get off the beaten track (only 50 metres) and for € 7.50 have 2 great coffees and two llonguets. Fresh OJ is good also.

Great little bar / café that has been going for 50+ years now, serving what might be the best llanguetes in Palma. Went there for breakfast, opens early, friendly staff and the original look & feel of Spanish lifestyle. Don't know if anybody speaks any other than Spanish, though.
