While my family greatly enjoy their ice-cream (saying that it's the best in town), I can't over emphasize how good the quality of the pastries is. After going in an afternoon, we have been coming back for breakfast to Iannini's cafe (right by the gelateria). The coffee is great, but most importantly, the croissants CAN'T BE BEATEN.
The folks running the place (Italian father and son) are very nice too. I tried the fresh orange juice as well and it's freshly made.

Amazing cafe with the best coffee and delicious homemade Italian pastries. The croissants are out of this world with filling of chocolate or pistachio.
The homemade ice cream is a must to try, very very delicious the baccio and the pistachio flavor are among my favorites.
The new location is on Calle Joan MirĂł 295, Palma.

Exquisite chocolate ice cream and impeccable customer service.
The ice creams are the best I have ever tried, it is not the first time I have gone, and I will repeat.
I understand the good reputation that Italians have for their preparation: they deserve it.
The lady and the young man who treated me treated me very kindly and were noble and showed a wise apology for which I greatly appreciate.

This is without ant doubt, the best ice cream in Mallorca. And one the best 3 in my life! I’m very demanding about ice cream and they are absolutely the best, from far! Plus the cafeteria, croissants, pizzas, viennoiseries....!! Great guys !

I was several times in this shop and even bought take away cakes wich unfortunately were not very fresh.The frosting was quite dry and hard. It`s better to order them before so that they make them daily fresh. Ice cream is regular nothing special. Spensive, you find much better in Palma. Several times waiting to buy ice cream for my childrens we have seen how the older man responded and gestured not very kindly to other kids who were ahead us. Neither on of the young man of the staff is very impatient, he is quite rude special with older customers especially when they ask about the products. He don`t like it. After several months I returned to San Agustin. I was very close to the shop and decided to eaat pizza. Uncomfortable small shop as always there isn`t place to sit. I remember that they suddlenly had a couple of tables in the display case and now they have added another on the street. I understand the complicated situation for everyone but the question was to distance the tables not to take adavantage of the situation and illegally add. more. The pizza was average taste good with very little sauce and mozzarella (fast nothing, incredible) The rim was very large. Very few ingredients and VERY OILY. Very spensive for what is given. I ate it on the side walking on the street-take away. The worst of all was that I can not wash my oily hands. I found out that they also don`t have wc for customers. No respect covid norms. Nothing.

We were there was closed. Please change the opening hours details must be more clear. We lose our time. We were in Palma City and we see the advertising for the icre cream shop in tripadvisor and google but ist false advertising.

The best ice cream, ever!
I’m addicted to ice cream, and I always try everywhere searching for the best one: Iannini is from far, in the best top 3 of my entire life! Unbelievable! So so f@@@@@ good ! And they have a caffeteria, they do brioches, postries, and....very good pizzas !! Great !

Iannini is a regular spot of ours as their gelato is simply incredible!
Not only do all of the flavours taste amazing (my favourites being pistachio, chocolate fondant and baccio) but the family who run it always great you with a huge smile and are faultless in their service.
I have this summer also bought 3 different types of larger cakes to celebrate birthdays and they are clearly made with a lot of effort and love!
It’s a must visit!!!

I loved the ice cream there. Everything to be great : very tasty .. you can tell they are handmade, but yet cheap. Special mention to the pistachio flavor <3 Very friendly staff as well

Visited here too frequently for my waistline. The ice cream is amazing and a lovely family, all of whom served us during our stay (the two sons gaining the attention of all three females in our party!). Recommend the liquorice and fondente Nero flavours
