I am sorry, it's very nice place, and apparently the fish is extremely fresh and at decent prices. Furthermore, the location is very intriguing, practically attached at the airport and close to the seashore. Nevertheless, I have noticed that several cats were walking between the tables, outside and inside the restaurant and the crew ignored them completely. We know they... More

A restaurant not to miss in La Palma. The fresh and tasty fish, well cooked and served in abundance, would be by itself a good reason for a visit. All of this is framed in a unique setting, made of 1-table wooden "rooms" with close view on the ocean and to the planes landing in the close-by airport, and embellished... More

Extremely over priced!!!!!!!!!! food quality ok it is what it is , a group of wooden huts at the end of the runway . It's the 2nd time in 5 years we have been there and it hasn't got any better. We had 5 average size fried fish and 8 potatoes 3 beers a water and a coke. All for... More

Always good fish but gets a bit same same, although the fish may change dependent on the catch. Quirky place but we only went once this trip as there are lots of other just as good places to eat fish. Bar still used by locals. English not really spoken but good place to practice your Spanish. The waiting staff hasn't... More

It cannot be possible to be any closer to an airport runway than this restaurant. There are tyre marks on the roof! (joke). If you want some real local La Palma lifestyle then try this place. The fish is fresh and plentiful. We speak virtually no Spanish and they speak no English but it adds to the ambience and fun... More

This restaurant is like a "transport cafe" a little bit basic with a few outside tables and stools, half a dozen booths and a bar where the locals "chew the fat" in or next to a garden center car park, beneath the La Palma runway. The food however is very good!! It's like one of those restaurants that hasn't changed... More

This place basically consists of multiple little shacks, so each group sort of have their own private room. The menu is a simple wooden board, and once in a while a low flying plane passes by to land at the airport 500m away. This is all part of the charm. If you order fresh fish, you're invited to go to... More

the best fish meals on this island, the family own fish restaurant is so charming, you can view the runway at their parking area, as well as you could see the airplanes fly over the restaurant, ready for landing. the food was to die for, great value, really really fresh fish, you can't get any better fish like they have... My sister in law who lives in La Palma recommended this place and took my husband and I for dinner during our visit. The place is casual, and the tables are located inside private small wood rooms, with open windows. The waiter suggested the fish of the day and we also ordered calamari to share. She brought 4 big fishes... More

What an interesting place. A series of cosy workmans' cabins in which to enjoy simply presented, large portions of fresh fish (we had parrot fish) with canary-style shrunken potatoes, washed down with local wine. Excellent service...good value. Plane spotters note ...you'll get a great close-up view of the undercarriage of overhead aircraft.
