Seems the place has lived better times... not many people at the place. Local a bit old and dated. Worth trying the specialities, sweetbreads and also the mushrooms. Not too much to resemble...
My husband's Spanish family has been taking me to this tapas bar/restaurant for years. The same tapas bar waiter is there always with a joke and a smile. The food is excellent. We always get the sepia and various other dishes. Very popular with locals.
This restaurant looks a bit like a tapas-snackbar. People come in and run out every moment, though that's how tapas are eaten apparently. Non-romantic lights and a non-cosy atmosphere, though really great food, nice staff and really worth a visit! No English speaking staff.
