It's one of those little gems that you hear about but rarely find live up to the hype. Sure it's small and crowded and occasionally the cooking chile smell from the kitchen can make the entire dining room choke, but you're not here for the ambience - you're here for the food. Super fresh, amazingly bold flavors, good portion size... More

I do a pilgrimage to this restaurant once a month. Have tried many Thai places in the city and they have never got to this level. Service (although friendly enough) could be better, there are no wine glasses, you always have to wait for a long time even if you book... but it doesn't matter because the food is superb.... More

Fantastic Thai food at good price. I went there on my own, and was lucky enough to find a table. It is a small restaurant, therefore booking in advance is a fair recomendation. The menu is easy, not very long. I chose the chef recomendations and everything was very good: tasty, perfectly spicy and good quantity. And they were quite... More

Very small and busy, but delicious! High quality food and presentation all around. Perfect spot to hit for that Thai food craving.

If you are naturally disposed to swinging felines in enclosed spaces, then i suggest you don't visit here. On the other hand, If you like authentic classic thai dishes which are delicious and moderately expensive served up in compact surroundings, then this place is a must for you. . It has an open kitchen and can get very hot. The... More

Very small place so call in advance to make sure you have a table booked! It's located in a very pretty street, and when you enter the place it looks like you travelled to Bangkok, so authentic! The food is really, really nice! Portions are generous. I don't recommend it for a romantic dinner but it's nice to go with... More

My favorite thai food restaurant in Barcelona. The setting is completely different, but I like it. I am Mexican, and I can handle the spicy food, and I have to say I love eating the spicy dishes they have to offer. Definitely a must!

The venue is small and not very cute, however when we talk about food, get ready to travel to Thailand. Very nice food, flavour and tastes. Worth to try this Thai restaurant if you are an Asian food fan!

My wife and I lived in Thailand for a year, so we have a good idea of what authentic, and delicious, Thai food tastes like. We have lived in Barcelona for almost a year, and have tried many Thai places around town. To our taste, Bangkok Cafe is the best and most authentic Thai food we have tried in Barcelona.... More
