Me and my friends decided to try some Indian cuisine and we've heard a lot of good feedback about Veg World India. We can't deny that we really enjoyed the food! Everything we ordered was sumptuous and quite really good! I enjoyed a lot personally na'ans especially those with cheese and perfectly combined with everything we had on the table.... More

Is the super place for vegetarian and Jain people. You want to go wrong for maintaining your religion and still having great food away from India

It is always difficult to travel as a vegan. We're never sure of where to find good options. I was very happy to find Veg World India. The food is very tasty, there are many different options and the price is really good for a restaurant in Barcelona, where everything is so expensive. Service was very friendly. I loved the... More

The place is a great place for vegetarian Indian food, the samosas were really good and the chutneys that accompanied them too. The dosas were good and tasted pretty authentic. We asked for the food as spicy as Indian food is normally, but it was actually quite bland. I would ask for it MUCH more spicy than normal.

Searching for an Indian taste in Spain led us to this nice and small restaurant. We had lunch in the afternoon. The Punjabi food was excellent. Staff was also very courteous. In short, if you are looking for authentic vegetarian food, South Indian or North Indian, this is the place to satisfy your tummy. :-)

Veg world has the best Indian food in Barcelona. The closest to Indian food you can get in Barcelona. Good Indian dishes at best price. I had visited this restaurant many times, they always maintain the quality of dishes. Excellent care to the customers. Note: No alcohol is served here.

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
