Truly disappointing food with no seasoning. Left feeling cold, hungry and a stomach full of grease. Should have gone to McDonald's a few doors up!

The service was good once we got a server. The good is good, I won't lie, but nothing special. Things are done right but I felt it was a bit "mass produced". Again I am not saying don't go. But here the pricey jumps a bit the line to expensive as the extra cost is not giving you any extra... More

Barcelona, this marvellous city! Love it! Love Catalonia! Love Gaudi! But for the second time in four days: They serve bad entrecotes and steaks for dinner. This time at Navarro, very close to Plaza Catalonia. Why have they no pride? How can they do such a poor job? We mentioned it to the waiter, the meat was bad, the cooking... More

I am visiting Barcelona with a friend and we are staying on Las Ramblas. We had to take the bus to go to the airport to pick up some friends that were arriving to join us, so we wanted to stay close to the Plaza of Catalunya and eat something and we found this place. It was my friend's first... More

I feel like we should have known better than to eat at this tourist trap. The atmosphere is very inviting and that's about it. The Sangria was bad, the food was acceptable, but quite heavy and uninspired, and the service was lacking. There are sooo many better places to eat in the city.

Yup, I expected a decent coffee - maybe even served with a smile - at this central spot. But like many city square restaurants, this is mediocre at best and should be avoided. Cold coffee, cold toast (served with unspreadably refrigerated butter) and a genuinely disappointing experience all round. There's a reason that places like Starbucks do well; they have... More

Visited Navarra before taking bus to airport. Restaurant wasn't busy but service was very slow. Only one waitress running around trying to look after all customers while Manager was only interested in arranging papers at the door. Coffee was cold, tomato bread wasn't toasted as per the menu so it was soggy, cold toast served with rock hard butter impossible... More

This establishment does not deserve attendance. Not only was the service poor, but the food was inedible. Look elsewhere, don't waste your limited meals in Barcelona at Navarra.

We were looking for a place to eat the first night we arrived in Barcelona and we couldn't stay up until after 8 when apparently all the restaurants open! It was a little bit of a walk from our hotel but was in the central city area (across from the Apple Store) with lots of other restaurants around. My wife... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
