Found this restaurant while walking around, looking for Tapas. Were not disappointed as they offer a lovely tapas tasting menu which is not too expensive for the quantity of food served. The waiter was really nice and described every dish we were served very well. They have a terrace but it requires an extra fee to seat there. We sat... More

We ate there twice during a four day stay in Barcelona. One lunchtime we went in for the menu del dia and it was very good, with king prawns then sea bass being much better than we'd expected for the price. I have hearing difficulties and we asked if the music could be turned down so I could hear conversation.... More

We found this restaurant approx 6 years ago, while looking for a quick lunch ! Since then, we have been visiting this restaurant every year - when we spend the weekended over, after the Mobile World Congress :-) Great tapas - everything is fresh, made to order and tastes great. The wine selection is also very good ! The place... More

Stumbled across this place heading back to our hotel after a long day doing the tourist thing and it hit the spot. Decent selection of tapa including calamari, bombas and of course pan coca tomate. Nothing spectacular, nothing exciting but all good, tasty and well served. Five plates, several drinks and a couple of coffees and that was E50 not... More

When we first arrived we didn't expect such a great experience! The atmosphere is delightful and relaxing, perfect for a romantic dinner. The food is delicious and tasty, I personally suggest patatas bravas and fried egg with sausages and of course sangria. The staff is extremely kind, especially a Spanish guy who took our orders.

We chosen it because no other possibilities. The location is good, close to placa de catalunya, and the place itself is nice and well organized. Food is tasty enough (except baccalà, it was not good) but quantities are really really small. I would suggest only for starters.

This is one of the best places for tapas in Barcelona. Excellent location, great people and amazing food. We really enjoyed this place and we look forward to our next trip to Barcelona.

I ate here many years ago on one of my first visits to Barcelona. Happened upon it again last week and was close to my hotel so although quite empty went in as was tired. Think it was over priced. Food average and wine was not that nice. Perhaps being empty should have warned me. It was just ok and... More

Visited with 3 friends whilst on holiday. Really good food, large selection and very tasty. Staff were polite and helpful, although it was quite late and it wasn't that busy. My only criticism is it was little expensive, but not massively overpriced.

Neighbourhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
