This place is amazing. You get to pick your seafood from the front counter, and everything is just soo fresh, and prices are relatively affordable. Everything we had was amazing, and the service was quite good as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We were looking for a place to have our pre-New Year's dinner. This was one of the restaurants where children had special menus. The restaurant was booked, but the owner had offered us a table provided that we leave in two hours :). It was a deal! The service was fast, and the servers were quite helpful. However, we didn't... We had late lunch but did not choose the Lunch Menu for 12€, even it was a good option too. Our choice was Arroz Caldoso with Bogavante (lobster). Actually we chose another Arroz Caldoso, but waiter made a mistake with it. But no worries, only reason not to chose this in a first place was that it has a lot... More

Nice place to sit down after touring the old town. Good seafood for a good price. Wine was ok. Great people watching in the plaza

We visited this eatery after my German friend had surveyed all the menus of all the eateries in the plaza and balanced it against the extended waiting time for his preferred option and the fact we could sit straight down here. We sat outside, lots of heaters to enable that al fresco feel on a dark and cold night in... More

Food was beyond disgusting. I had a burger that I wouldn't even call it a burger. 1/2 bun with an over cooked rubbery piece of meat. Fries soggy and calamari was rubber. My husband had pasta that he couldn't eat. Looked like someone threw up on his plate. On a positive note, the orange juice was good. Don't waste your... More

Great seafood for a simple dinner. Has a nice price/quality ratio. The location is very good. Poor wine choice but is not a major problem.

We stopped here for lunch and it was a huge bargain. The taps were excellent, as was the moderately priced wine. Good place to eat.

OMG,this place was amazing! Fresh sea food that you can literally choose yourself from the counter is the food experience that I would love to repeat in every restaurant. In this place it is possible. Price-quality ratio is excellent, prices are per piece or by weight (grams). Good wine and great customer service complemented the perfect restaurant experience. Decoration was... More

The restaurant provides a nice atmosphere. It is located at Gothic quarter which is a busy touristic district. 5-stars for location. It offers a great variety of fresh fish and seafood including fresh lobster. It is also good value although not a cheap eat (around 20 euros p/p).

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
