As many others have said, this was just what we needed after a morning of sightseeing. But €6 for San Miguel and €7 for a cheese and ham baguette was a complete rip off. And we sat inside! I saw from the menu that there is a €1 surcharge per item for sitting outside!! I will never let my hunger... More

It is possibly just a regular bakery, but for me it was a godsend. It was early Saturday morning, everything still closed, the neighborhood empty, and I needed a sandwich and a coffee. I got that, and some pastry, too. Fresh, tasty and inexpensive. It was an excellent start to what turned out to be an excellent day.

Avoid this dreadful place. We were looking for a cheap quick snack and the basic ham and cheese offerings seemed suitable. But the scam is when you sit outside, the price for the food and drinks rockets.

Worst place I have ever been to, paid 19€ for one baguett and 2 ice tea cans, just walk straight past this filthy place! The guy inside takes your 0,33 l can and comes back with 1 L and you have to pay 6€ for it.

Worst Sangria in Barcelona, or Madrid for that matter. And to make it laughable we paid 20€ for a medium sized mug of sangria, the most expensive of any place we stopped... Talk about a bad combination!! The paninos looked good in the window but tasted worse than a Digiorno Pizza. And even if you wanted to use it as... More

They are the worst thing that happened to us in Barcelona!! Tricked us to chose draft beer instead of the can one and charged us 9 euros for one beer. They were rude and their sandwiches are tasteless! Avoid them for your own sake!

Overpriced. Paid 12€ for 2 americano and 2 stale day old pastries. Stopped at this place because we were desperate for our caffeine fix. Should have kept on walking.

Beautiful food, plenty of choice of tapas and fantastic paella! The waiter was very friendly and accomodating and the location fantastic, very close to the Cathedral and a great place to relax and people watch!

had sandwiches here but they were a bit dry. nevertheless it is quite cheap and they have a lot of softdrinks. the location is on Plaça d'Urquinaona which is central. you find many other baguetina places all over barcelona - three of them on la rambla. i assume there are better places but i don't know where.
