We arrived right at opening and were offered a very mic table. Our sever was fantastic...she was patient and helpful and full of personality! The mussels were delicious!! We tried many typical dishes and all were wonderful. This was a close walk from our hotel...we may even go a second night!

We did not have a reservation and it was almost 11pm, when we entered 336. The owner was sitting at a table and was very sweet and accommodated us. We ordered the Paella price fixed dinner. What a great value for the multi course meal! Loved the starter, which was accompanied with a choice of Sangria and an abundance of... More

We work in a large restaurant, so it was a surprise to see the waiter looking stressed (with only 2 other patrons) when we walked in. With around 12 of us seated, we understand how to serve groups so we're willing to be patient. After waiting a considerable amount of time to get a drink, we realised a lot of... More

We stopped in here for a bite after a long plane ride and got 2 regular menus, not expensive at all. One of us had a salad that was quite good, but the other got fried fish that seemed to be covered in soft, oil-drenched tempura.

We dropped in for lunch on a cold rainy day. The service was very friendly, the entrees were nice, a tomato salad, but the main dish of fried fish was disappointing. Very greasy and more breaking than fish. I'm willing to try again as it is close by but was a bit disappointed. The waitperson was very friendly and professional.

We went with a group of 11 and recommend the set menu for €32. We had sop much food-10 various tapas, and bottomless glass of local red. For my main I chose the octopus, which was small, but very good. Others had the lamb shank, which would be highly recommended.

Last time we were in Barcelona, we found 336 and enjoyed it thoroughly. Went back there this year and it is still a very good restaurant, with well prepared food and a good variety on the menu. Service this time, however, was not quite as friendly and efficient as last time we visited. The meal was very nice, but not... More

I found this place just opposite to the hotel I was staying in so I tried it for a lunch. The waiters run like crazy up and down and they seem like they don't have too much time for you ... the food was average.... a green salad with a green tomato but also good pineapple slices. Pork and potatoes... More

We decided to have one to the set menus at this restaurant, which includes wine to start, a choice of appetizers, entrees and dessert. It was our only time in Barcelona that we did not go for the tapas option. The food was decent and the service was okay. We had better service elsewhere. If you decide to sit outside,... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
