Maybe one of the best Restaurant of Barcelona!!. Solid, almost 50 years in the business, the location is outside of the Center of the City, in the old part of Barcelona. Unfortunately because of the reconstruction of San Antonio market, (very near) it takes some...More

We dined here for lunch on July 14th. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere was quiet and elegant. The service was flawless. The Langostin raviolis was light, delicate and delicious. The Foie Gras a must try! It was gastronomic! A must in Barcelona.

The gazpacho and croquetas were perfect. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate. It can be a bit intimidating for English-only speakers but you'll manage and it will be worth it. We wanted the best for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint.

Lots of famous people go here anonymously, and I understand why. The food is really great: local dishes made in an excellent way. Make sure you order the chocolate coulant for dessert, it's unforgettable!

Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this
gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an
excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic

authenticity protrudes from the many independent
record stores, second hand shops, and student bars
that seem to light up the streets day and night. The
rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day

Description
Ca l'Isidre is the best formal Catalan restaurant in Barcelona. Royalty, celebrities and gourmets have been returning to this small family-owned, art-filled treasure since it opened just off El Paral.lel avenue and inside the Raval quarter in the 70s. Because it relies on what catches chef-owner Isidre Girones at the nearby La Boqueria market that morning, the menu changes day by day. Go for the classics every time: the sausages, grilled prawns, fried codfish, and lamb brains in black butter, for example, are out of this world. A special mention goes to Ca l'Isidre creative desserts. A must-visit restaurant.
