We went for the chefs choice menu and it was sublime. The food is to die for, the service is incredible and the ambience is perfect. I would travel back to Barcelona just to go to this restaurant. Won't go into the food too much as the surprise is the best bit but it was one of the best meals... More

Went back to what in my opinion is the best restaurant in Barcelona (maybe the best in Spain). And again, as always, it was a hit. I had already before going there promised my friends a food experience they had never had. And as it turned out, they were all amazed at this small but fantastic restaurant. While I was... More

we discovered this cute little jewel 10 years ago. excellent food with surprising elements that you don't find anywhere else. plus the marvellous wines to go with every course of the menu. not to forget the charming service that makes you feel like friends rather than guests. we loved it then and loved it last night. special occasion place for... This place is just incredible, or as they say in Spain, incroyable. It has a perfect balance of fancy Michelin-star level presentation and flavours (although apparently is not starred, how?) and local, Spanish feeling. A real triumph. We went for the 'experience' menu (plus wine pairing) and it really was a treat. The two staff who were waiting on the... More

We came to Barcelona as a treat for my girlfriend for a special birthday. I had looked on TripAdvisor for a restaurant for a bit of a treat. Looking for something a bit different knowing that we both enjoy good food (and good wine). We both were very very impressed. How this place has never got a Michelin star is... More

Went last night as 2 of us- one of best meals I've had recently. Innovative, interesting and tasty food for really good price. A matching wine flight for 30 euros! The owners were also fantastic, attentive and friendly. Will go again if ever in Barcelona.

This is the very first time I am writing a review on Trip Advisor. And Con Gracia is the restaurant with such a standout degustastion menu that overcame my inertia to write reviews. An incredible amount of work went into putting together each stimulating dish.

We went dinner last night at Con Gracia after friends suggestion. The place is cozy, nice atmosphere and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We tried the chef's suggestion menu and the wine experience. Food was exquisite with original ingredients and presentarion. Overall it was an excellent experience and worth the money.

As Austrians, we appreciated being able to start our dinner at the (for Barcelona) unusually early time of 7 p.m. The restaurant is located in a small side street and looks quite unspectacular from the outside, but it is decorated nicely, and the service offered by a very friendly and knowledgeable duo proved impeccable. There were two choices of menus... More

Although this is not a Michelin rated restaurant it clearly can be on that list. Food is well prepared and innovative. We arrived early and was able to enjoy the restaurant and all of the attention from the wait staff (they only have two for a full reaturantnhat seats 22). The experience would have been exceptional if there were not... More

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
