This is a great restaurant for Spanish tapas they're so tasty and the waiters are cheerful and attentive. We spent the first part of our break going to the Ramblas which was "ok " but very touristy. Lots of locals here as well as tourists but value for money and quality can not be beaten give it a try. Wine... More

When my family and I first visited this restaurant we were so impressed that we returned the following year. Even though several months had passed, the waiter who attended to us on the first visit recognised and acknowledged us on the second. The food was as delicious the second time. We were not disappointed. One can feast on the Tapas... More

It was our first night in Barcelona just made it to the hotel not far from this place. The Food was delicious, the ambiance was really nice, a lot of young people, It was cold and we were all inside feeling like sardines in a can, but super nice. Had a great time.

I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially to families with children. Good food and good service. You should be there before 8.00 if you do not want to wait for a table. Tapas and sangria are especially delicious.

La Flauta is one amazing restaurant near the city centre. All the tapas are excellent, you could try large variety of traditional spanish dishes, small tapas or apetizers to share. The servise and atmosphere are great, very kind waiters. As well the wine menu and dessert are amazing.

We were for lunch in La Flauta and had a mix of seafood and other tapas paired with a Cava. Everything was freshly prepared and very good!

Great food, beer and fun atmosphere. Fresh ingredients, simple revepies and good execution. The service is very quick and you are in and out in a hurry. We showed up at 1930 and there was about 10 people in the line ahead of us, but they must have just opened the upstairs so we got is very quickly. I can... More

By accident I walked by the restaurant and checked it out. Seriously was the best thing that happened for me during my stay in BCN. I was in BCN due studies and had zero time for groceries & cooking. Me being born and raised in Amsterdam. With my fathers originally from south america and my mother from indonesia, its inevitable... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
