We saw this restaurant in passing and we're glad we did. We ordered too much but they brought the right amount, missing off the ones we'd hesitated about. All the dishes tasted really good and the staff were efficient and friendly.

The restaurant is strategically located on La rambla close to the market. I had the Octopus and my friend had the Tapas. The food was cooked very quickly and was tasty, however the portion sizes were very small, including the tapas. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Drinks were reasonably priced and the overall experience was pleasant, however we... More

Title says it all. Food was boring, flavours bland and basic. If you want good tapas do not eat in touristy spots try to seek out a local place. It may take time but you will be happy to eat. And you won't feel ripped of. Won't be back.

Hello Brandon426, Thank you for your critique - all are useful and help us to improve. We´re sorry you found our dishes boring. We try very hard to bring genuine fiery Spanish cuisine and flavours to every table and only use the freshest and best locally sourced ingredients all cooked to order in our open kitchen. We have a huge... More

Busy Saturday afternoon, tapas bar right in the heart of "Rambla", superb bustling atmosphere. What can I say about waitress "Ole", : brilliant, bubbly, lovely and the best English of all in Spain :) Great service. Tapas were all very tasty, as was the follow up paella. Superb glass of red wine too 🍷🍷well worth a visit, hope you are... More

We enjoyed our first visit so much that we decided to return the next night as well. We particularly enjoyed the grilled squid tapas and the lamb with rosemary (one of the daily specials). The service was very good too.

It was my girlfriend and I's last night in Barcelona, and we decided to pop into Taller de Tapas for dinner after a long day of sightseeing. We ordered 6 plates of Tapas to share between the both of us and they arrived promptly and were piping hot. Would highly recommend the Spanish egg, super delicious and definitely worth a... More

Staff were friendly and the place had a relaxed vibe about it. There is a large selection of tapas which was pretty good and served in good size portions, not too big or too small. The restaurant has a spacious layout with plenty of room for couples and groups. A good selection of wines to accompany the tapas, but the... More

We booked the table for family dinner last night and stayed there over the midnight to welcome 2017 year. Restaurant was packed and that'a probably why the service was bit chaotic sometimes but it did not kill the experience Wide choice of typical Spanish tapas, we tried 9 of them of all kinds (seafood, meal, veggie) and it was all... Description
Restaurant on a beautiful boulevard inside the heart of Barcelona and its shopping area. We care about the tradition and the authentic Spanish and Catalan recipes. We have a nice daily menu and our staff speaks different languages.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
