We enjoyed a dinner of asparagus with melted Brie, patatas bravas, ham croquetas and octopus Galician style, while washing all down with a pitcher of sangria.

We sat outside to people watch. It was clear that it was quite busy and we waited at least 5 minutes for the waitress to come over and hand us some menus. She seemed uninterested in taking our order. Our drinks came quickly. We ordered nachos which were tasteless and weren't worth the money. We both ordered steak which was... More

But if like some reviews, you find it cheap, you either do not drink or eat a lot, either do not go there with teenagers ! Apart that, yes, a good place with good food even if service lacks a bot of discipline and could be a tad bit quicker ! (Ask for some olives only 4 times before seeing... More

I'm not going to waste anymore of my time on this restaurant than I have to. Quite simply it's a tourist trap that entices people in off the street due to its location. I can't imagine anyone seeking this place out based on recommendations. The food is awful, over priced and gives tapas a bad name. The service is beyond... More

The food was delicious. It was a beautiful sunny February day so we sat outside and people watched while we ate lunch. The staff was super friendly. It was a bit on the pricey side but we shared meals so that was okay. The inside of the restaurant we thought was very uniquely decorated.

Without a doubt the worst meal I have ever had. Wanted to have a nice meal with my family after a great day in Barcelona. Of the 8 items we ordered only the sparkling water wasn't dissappointing. Every dish was horrible, from the, what seemed like spoiled, inedible shrimp, to the day old croquettes, the mayo "Caesar salad", the week... More

The coffee was really good there. Sandwiches could be a bit bigger but they were tasty in general. :)

Overpriced. Menu on website is not offered!! For example breakfast deals on website. Very attractive but forget it. They do not serve those items and the prices of coffee, croissant, baquette are skyhigh. Paid 8 euro for coffee+croissant and a bite of baquette. Many other places around which have more choice, more taste and cost less.

Slow service, no individual approach to customers. 4 cheese risotto - was ok, but just rice with one cheese. Portions of meals are not equal to the prices. Asked for wifi access, but got nothing.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
