The most important for me was the be able to enjoy with my friends a beautiful meal, being vegetarian when your group is not, is something that all ways turns into an issue, but...not here!!!
The explosion of flavor was surprisingly good! The presentation of dishes were just stunning! And what can i say about deserts..fabulous!
The attention was perfect! The waitresses were patient and the suggestion of dishes and wine made a perfect match!
Plus location is right in the middle of town but in a private strategic spot something that is not easy to find!
We were enjoying so much that sadly i have no picts
I’ll definitely go back and 100%recommend it!

Amazing food, genuine yet professional service, vibe and presentation. Could really feel the love for the food and what they do. We had three starters and shared a main; delicious ceviche, crisp yummy yummy dumplings, 63 degree eggs and super fresh chargrilled tuna.
Trust them w helping you select what they do best on the menu, it’s great when you feel the passion for the food and wine.
(The only thing that I would ask for is paper or other towels in the bathroom, there is a hand dryer but would be more hygienic and effective w some sort of towels or paper)

The team were all lovely. I emailed in advance with numerous allergies and they emailed back within a couple of hours to confirm they could make any alteration to anything, they even asked which were my favourite vegetables to accompany the meal. So kind. The food was absolutely impeccable too. Thank you everyone, I will more than definitely be back the next time I’m in Sitges xxx annie

This is a small stylish restaurant offering modern cuisine in a cool street in Sitges. The service was very good and the waiters were friendly and welcoming. The food is modern and tasty. The overall bill did not was a bit lower that what I expecting for the originality and quality of the food (slightly over €100 for two with wine and desserts). The 3 starts are not that it did not meet my expectations but that I got exactly what I thought I was getting and the price was aligned with it. I was expecting a high end restaurant and this is what I got but it did not surprised me or exceed my expectations.

We had a reservation for 8.30pm yesterday evening and arrived exactly on time. As we paused at the doorway to put our masks on a waiter came to open the door and I thought how nice he is opening the door for us. Instead he held the door part open and in an unfriendly manner simply said ‘Yes?’. I politely said we have a reservation to which he said ‘Wait here’ (outside in the cold) and closed the door. A few minutes later he returned and asked ‘What time?’ and then closed the door again and we could then see them rearranging 2 small tables next to the window. After several more minutes he let us in. Not a great start to an evening and no apology. Really bad customer service.
We ordered 3 glasses of cava to start - the waiter brought over an already half open bottle (no problem with that as we ordered by the glass) but the cava was flat. We didn’t say anything as it was already awkward from the unpleasant welcome.
Sitting by the main front window it was cold and draughty at our table. On us asking they switched on a wall heater which made no difference. We asked if they could increase the heat and they switched on a second wall heater which started to emit a burning smell.
Food was ok but expensive and nothing special but to be honest the evening was spoilt by all the other factors mentioned above. Going to a restaurant is about so much more than the food and this restaurant failed in providing an enjoyable evening out.
We skipped desert and coffee as we really didn’t want to linger longer and we’re keen to leave.
I would be very interested for the restaurant to reply to this review. No intention to return.

In February we just re-started the service after 2 months closed and maybe we weren't ready in all the aspects.
We can just say sorry and ask you to come again to change your mind of our restaurant.

A little gem in Sitges. Inspiring dishes; new and fresh. We started with a selection of starters to share. Love the presentation of the caviar. Enjoyed the chicken croquettes and the mushroom carpaccio. Sea bass was the catch of the day. The meat was perfect. Every dish was well balanced. Many dishes had truffle, but not over-powering. Next time we will try the desserts as well. Value for money.
The service was very friendly. Wine is only per bottle... getting wine per glass would be great.
We'll be back for more inspiration.

I have spent 9 days in Sitges with friends and we’ve gone to La Cocina twice. The food is truly outstanding. It is a small establishment seating around 25 inside and perhaps 20 more outside. The service is remarkable for its friendliness and efficiency. The place is well designed. But it’s the food that makes it reach another level. The menu is short, something like 6 starters, 6 mains and even less desserts. The moment the plates arrive one understands that much thought has gone into making them. The presentation is superb. The food is so “raffiné”; layer upon layer of different tastes that compliment each other. On both occasions we had the home made pasta which is extraordinary. The ris de veau (sweetbreads), always a tricky dish for the best of cooks, was moist and succulent. A wild fish was swallowed with lust in a matter of seconds. And for dessert, you cannot have a meal there without finishing it, rather crowning it, with the Volcano which erupts in a thick lava of dulce de leche… it is simply the best and quickest way to reach HEAVEN. Please do not skip having a meal at La Cocina; you will not forget this restaurant ! Btw, the prices are also more than reasonable.

Good food but with very slow and very expensive service. We had booked, you have to do it a week in advance, at 8:15 p.m. and we received entry at 9:10 p.m. One of the only restaurants in Sitges that multiplies the price of wine by more than 3 (30 to 40% in general). A very expensive restaurant €60 per person with starter, main course, dessert

A marvellous experience from start to finish.
The booking system was a joy to use, the communications were seamless and very friendly, the staff are professional, intuitive and very friendly and the food?
Spectacular is the only word I can use. From the amuse bouche to dessert, everything was perfect, this was right up there with the best food I’ve had anywhere in the world.
We first visited La Cocina back in 2018 and loved it then but it’s even better now.
Treat yourself, you won’t regret it!

I was surprised when I found this wonderful place. It really deserves attention and can satisfy the desires of even the most sophisticated visitors. Amazing cuisine, excellent service, beautiful and very tasty dishes. Everything is very fresh and melts in your mouth.A lot of wine and an attentive sommelier who will help with the choice, after dinner I recommend trying the local cava, it will be a great end to the evening.I was very satisfied and I will be happy to came back here again!)

The look and feel of this small restaurant is very stylish. Nice linen, very attentive service. The menu reads well. I had the eggs at 65 degrees (or whatever the temp was) as it sounded interesting. It was a pretty unappetising gloop with a floating layer of potato (foam) over a weird liquid with runny egg. Maybe some people would like it. The duck was cooked well enough but the sauce overpowered everything else on the plate. My partner had burratta. The special thing about burratta is it's clean creaminess, but this turned out to be a bit of a mush, more like a soup.
I think they trying to be too "cheffy" without understanding that sometimes less is more. Which is a shame, as it has potential to be a lovely classy addition to the Sitges culinary scene.

We are sorry that your experience was disappointing. If you had shared with us your objections we would have prepared something to your liking without any kind of problem.
The egg at 63 degrees (exact temperature at which it must be cooked in order for the egg yolk and egg white to have the same texture) is one of our star dishes, but we understand that not everyone has the same taste.
In terms of the burrata, if you felt that it was as liquid as a soup, you should have told us as it is not the result that we look for.
We feel very satisfied with the culinary offer that we have but we also understand that we can't be to the liking of everyone. However, it is always better to warn the staff because we would very happily have looked for a solution. Thank you for your opinion.

Located on a quiet little street of the casa antic, we ate al fresco.
We started with an amouse bouche of eggplant and curry that surprised and delighted us.
Every course of our dinner was inventive and a visual and culinary delight. Our server was engaging, funny, and sought answers to our English questions. The service and food was excellent. Bravo!

Let me begin with the dessert. An absolutely must! The Bourbon Whiskey volcano cake - fantastic, inside liquide, outstanding flavor, accompanied with a Tonka bean ice cream. What a nice ending of an outstanding dinner experience. I started it with a tasteful 63 degree cooked egg in an excellent composition of variant sides. Delicious! Also the tuna tartar and its sauce was an exceptional experience. For the main the duck followed, which was cooked to perfection, my friend had a nicely cooked and presented beef variant. He got the mousse for dessert, which was almost a kind of death of the chocolate. The ambiance is so nice in this small restaurant, outside u sit in a non-crowded road without any traffic and white table clothes. Amazing! The staff was so helpful and attentive, we really had a great evening and both we strongly recommend this restaurant for sure.

An address not to be missed. Very nice discovery. Everything is incredible: the service, the presentation of the dishes, the taste, the freshness.
5 starters 5 main courses 5 desserts to choose from on average.
Which guarantees freshness. Very refined cuisine.
Allow around 60 euros per person for a starter, a main course, a dessert, 2 glasses of wine and a coffee. It's definitely worth it. We will definitely return.

The food is just amazing. Each dish has hundreds of textures, tastes and colors.
The chef combines top quality ingredients with seasonal veggies.
We had a wonderful dinner with friends and we will defenitely repeat soon. I totally recommand to stop here if you come to Sitges at any time.
