Went for a birthday dinner to this little place close to our hotel. Food was plentiful and good and unlike another reviewer we did get bread. Service was pretty lack lustre but this is not an expensive restaurant. Meat was excellent.

This is one of these restaurants which from appearance is good but as they say" the proof of the pudding is in the eating" and in my opinion didn't really come up to scratch. The restaurant offers a 3 course meal for €15.95 per head...More

We had salmon and lamb chops, which were both really nice - well cooked and presented. However, bread arrived at the table un-asked for and so we assumed this was in with the cost, but we were charged for it, which left us feeling a...More

This place was the most terrible. The service was extremely rude and hardly ever came to check on the table. I wish I could comment on the quality of the food but alas, my food never came but we were still charged for it. If...More

Lovely to look at and inviting, but there are better options in the area. Our lasagna was delicious, but the pasta carbonara and the pizza were average. I'm certain the pizza dough was not made on site. Very expensive for poor service, long wait, and...More

First night in Madrid and a delightful experience. Warm welcome good service and good food. Whilst chairs and tables basic it didn't detract from a typical Spanish restaurant. Would return if back in Madrid.

We were passing by the Real Palace and decided to eat at La Traviata. Huge mistake. It was the worst arranged meal that I can remember. Had a grilled chicken fillet with rice. My high school cafeteria had a much better food. The waiter never...More
