This is an upmarket restaurant with cuisine from the Basque Country. Great environment and even greater food. The sirloin steak I had was fantastic and so was the rice with lobster. Decent house wine and very efficient and friendly service.More

First meal while traveling to the heart of Madrid and El Pimiento did not disappoint. Two floor restaurant, excellent for lunch. Tables are a bit tight but nothing like Paris. Food was excellent. Try the artichokes and calamari appetizers. You will not be disappointed.
