Thai food is my favorite food; I could eat it everyday. So, I know a good place when I find it. I ordered yellow curry with prawns and it was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. I would definitely return.

Entering the restaurant felt like entering a different country. The atmosphere, decor and music were amazing. The food was delicious. The waitress treated us with a liqueur of our choice on a house after a meal. That was the best end of a beautiful evening.

We Thai food regularly, but we were very disappointed! Go elsewhere! The curry did not have curry flavor instead it tasted like heavy cream. I don't think they even use coconut cream. We asked for tap water & we were told they didn't serve tap water. Minutes later we see the next table with a pitcher of water. We told... More

Compared to the many atrocious pseudo-Thai restaurants throughout Europe and North America that I have tried this restaurant does a reasonable job. I have been visiting Thailand annually for many years, and I live in Tokyo, where the Thai restaurants are staffed with Thai grannies who know how to cook Thai food, and where the ingredients are mostly imported from... This was the best Thai food I have ever eaten. We are here whilst on holiday in Madrid and are going again tonight before we head home to the uk. The staff were really friendly and helpful and were willing to make the food more spicy if required. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. My only wish is... More

Overall experience - Meal, Hospitality, Ambience. We did find this restaurant via Google & Yelp both. The rating was 4 overall, hence thought it might be a good idea to try Thai Food in Madrid. The staff was very nice. Looked it was owned by a Non Thai owner - May be Bangladeshi. They became excited to see an Asian... More

I absolutely loved everything we ordered at this restaurant! The green curry chicken, beef with basil, Pad Thai, white rice, and Garlic Prawns all hit the spot for my Thai cravings after ten days in Spain ! The owner is a generous man, who loaded us up with free water, bottles of orange juice and chocolates too while we waited... More

We had the degustation menu with 4 starters and 4 main at 19€. Every plate was delicious. Don't hesitate to ask for the heat of the dish because they adjust the spice to your taste. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Nice place. I ordered the yellow curry prawns and steamed rice, I got 6 prawns exactly. So if you're hungry, it's not enough. I ordered the chocolate mousse, it was very nice.

Staying in Huertas

Neighbourhood Profile
Huertas
Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de Cervantes and Lope de Vega among them. The neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas receives a fair amount of spillover from the center — side streets around Plaza Santa Ana take on a foreign party atmosphere at night, and you always see young backpackers navigating the streets — but as you descend into the neighbourhood, everything becomes a little more cramped and slightly less refined, and takes on more of an underground feel. Live music is at the heart of Huertas: by night, its subdued bars are ideal for meeting friends, sipping cocktails, and chatting quietly while enjoying jazz or singer-songwriter performances.
