There is a reason why the menu never changes, the food is just amazing! The service is fantastic and the atmosphere incredible, and Castelados around the corner is just as fabulous!

We asked our hotel to reserve seats for us and it was a good move as the restaurant was packed. The food was tasteful and the wine excelent. We had Sauteed Chickpeas with king Prawns which was great. for our main course we had Hake with garlic, red pepper and vinegar suace and we loved all the dishes. We had... More

The bar outside of the restaurant was full of people enjoying cocktails and tapas which is always a good sign. The dinner at the restaurant did not disappoint. Two of us split three dishes which was the perfect size. We did the layered tuna salad and it was amazing. We also had the house specialty of garbanzo beans and shrimp... More

This restaurant is there for a while, it is very busy with locals especially at the front. In the back is the restaurant also full and you have to make a reservation. My husband loved this restaurant a lot for their starters. I thought they were ok but I wasn't pleased with our table that was next to the kitchen... More

I highly recommend this... More

You can choose between a proper lunch/meal at the restaurant or an informal tapas plan at the bar, both are great options. Ask for alternatives out of menu, fish is always fresh, high quality in general. Perfect relationship price/quality for wine (try 'Condado de Haza') and leave some space for homemade desserts like 'Arroz con leche', rice with with coconut... More

The service was great, the food really good and this to a great price. We were five guys that shared three starters and two main courses. Every course were served separatly and dishes were changed between each course. Afterwards we had an dessert each. Portions was big enough to make us satisfied on these courses. Everything was good but the... More

We cannot comment the food served by La Castela, not having been given the opportunity tosample it. What we can give feedback on is our experience of the quality of La Castela’s customer service, and specifically its professionalism faced with its error over our booking(see the backstory below) – of which inadequate, complacent, and the perhaps the worstexperience we have...
