We visited this Chinese restaurant in the old town of Calpe and we weren't disappointed. We had one of the set menus for two and the selection was excellent- too much of everything! The food tasted excellent. I had fried ice cream for dessert although the batter was a little doughy! However, the nice complimentary drinks at the end were... More

We eat here on a regular basis. We are never bored with the extensive menu. For fish eaters like myself it is paradise. There is everything from sea bass to king prawns. My husband is a meat eater and loves the sizzling beef amongst many other dishes. I have eaten there twice in three days and introduced another pescatarian to... More

If your looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Calpe then venture into the old town at the top of the shopping street where you will find Restaurante Chino Imperial. We found it a couple of years ago and noted that the customers were mainly 'locals' and now having been there several times, we know why LOCALS know best. Excellent... More

Have been eating here for a number of years, never fails to be excellent food and service. Prices are that good we don’t bother with set menu; usually order spare ribs to start then roast duck, sizzling chicken, noodles and a bottle of house wine. Total for the two of us €25

By choosing the cheap set menu you obviously miss the most delicious items. This restaurant offers incredible value, in fact I have been going there for 14 years. Be adventurous try something different eg Chinese bread and the sizzling section of the menu, though my favourite has to be Peking Duck.

If you go off the menus del Dia then you can eat easily for less than10 euros per person including a half bottle of wine per person and brandy, rice wine or fruit liqueur to finish with. Choice of various soups or Spring roll to start and ice cream for desert. The spring rolls were a little greasy but the... More

Food well cooked and good menu Always get the menu dialog when food and wine are included in the price along with a small drink at the end Unlike the small Chinese next door the menu price and the price on the bill are the same

We found this place after a long walk up a steep hill, but we were pleasantly surprised. Unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants in countries outside the UK were the menu can be somewhat unrecognisable, the menu was varied and you will be sure to find the food of your liking. What we did like, was that the food was... More
