Luigi and BAI are making the most effort to expand and enhance the craft beer culture. The only way to do this? It's Luigi way: offer fresh and quality beer at any time specially the one on the tap and talk to the customer about their proposed beer and describe the beer and brewery philosophy. Very suggested pub or craft... More

Nice to see all craft beers from Italy not only in bottles but also draft. Can be a little pricey on tap but still, it's great

Nice Italian craft beers and a welcoming very friendly atmosphere. The location is also very good, and it is a most stop spot on your errands in this part of Salerno.

Found this one strolling around Salerno. Looked great on the outside (Also on the inside) We got the beer menu, asked for a sweet (lady) beer and got a very good one! Mixed cheese and meat as appetizer was a plus for us. Premium quality Lovely place to sit, great prices and amazing and helpfull staff!

I love everything about this little Italian craft beer bar. I was walking home from dinner one night and stumbled across this perfect place. There are 3 beers on tap and a huge, impressive refrigerator filled with bottles: all of which are Italian. Giampiero and Maria are simply fantastic human beings. Giampiero had so much knowledge about what was in... More

Excellent little beer spot in Salerno. After a long day searching for beer on tap (not to easy to find here) we fell into this little spot by accident. The beer was great, the barman (both of them) were knowledgeable and gave great service. We learned a lot about artistic brewing in Italy, and tasted several great bears both from... More

Bai is a fun place to try craft Italian bottled beer - bartender offered great recommendations for beer styles we liked - eclectic and inviting food menu - they even made "Birramisu". No draft beer, but great bottle selection at value prices. Like the open air quirky bar with mis-matched chairs and cool beer art! They opened at 6:30, a... More

It was a great surprise to find somewhere in Salerno serving more than just the usual Italian lagers. Great Italian craft beer selection, nice small plates of food, very friendly service, incredibly enjoyable quaint little bar!

BAI offers a good selection of Italian craft beers. This was a great find because most restaurants in Italy are limited to Peroni, Nastro Azzurro, and variations on the Moretti brand. If you like local craft beer and like a variety of beer styles this is this place to go. The food was underwhelming.

Being dutch by origin I am critical about beer. I have always been, and still am, a big fan of Belgian beers, however the BAI proves that also in Italy they know how to make beer. The BAI however combines these beers with nice food, no fancy dishes, but just good combinations between beer and food. Even with deserts. They do... More

B.A.I. represents a piece of tradition of the well-known kitchen of Cilento and the new Italian frontier about craft beer. Here you can find exquisite dishes typical of the Cilento coast, which are rated on excellent marks by very famous food guides (Slow Food, Gambero Rosso). We are specialized on Italian craft Beer, over 100 etiquettes from many microbreweries of all around Italy are available. All of them on high standards. The staff is specialized and speaks English, and some even German and Spanish, too.
