We were served by the owner who was very charming. We took his recommendations for dinner from his offering of daily specials. Our first course was freshly made sardine ravioli. We were not sure about that at first but were extremely happy we took his suggestion as the ravioli was amazing. Our main course was veal saltimbocca which did not... More

We just wanted to grab a bite, otherwise I would not go to a restaurant like this. Ambience looks ok, though.. but the foodis ridiculous in comparison to the fact you are in rome: cold plate of salami, bresaola and mozzarella which was not fresh and tasteless for € 10.00. plus extra charge of 2 Euro for again not fresh... We found the place walking around Coloseum. It was a good choice, quick and smiling waiter helped us to order good food. We spend in air conditioned room 2 hours resting after visiting Forum and Coloseum. Worth of staying!

The tomatoes in my Caprese appetizer were green and we were ready to leave by the time they brought my husband's soup. But the bathrooms were very nice. Recommend you just order a drink if you need to use a restroom.

We stopped in for dinner here, right around the corner from our hotel, sat outside as weather was nice. Salad was watery. Companion said his pizza was OK. We could hear singing from a room at the back of the restaurant. Then a tourist group came pouring out. One person commented, "I guess we didn't get what we expected." Then... More

Delicious (e.g. "7 sins pasta" is worth a sin, indeed :)) plus very nice (!) service together with reasonable price.

My husband and I ate here this evening and it has been our favorite meal of our two week trip. I had prosecco, mixed salad, and roadt chicken with peppers. My hubby had Cabernet with the 7 deadly sins pasta- to die for! Can't find a recipe so it must be unique to the restaurant. Our waiter was super helpful... More

We'd gone in circles for half an hour trying to decide where to stop for dinner after a long day. The area is loaded with choices, some tacky, some overtly touristy and a couple of local hangouts and being unable to make a decision we plumbed for Cleot as there seemed a friendly vibe about it. Service was friendly, my... More

We should have kept going after seeing the Roman Forum. The pasta was awful, the bread was hard as a rock and this place cost a fortune and I have no idea why. Skip this and head to the Monti neighborhood where you get legit cheap italian food.
