Four of us had no difficulty being seated in this quite busy restaurant even at this off season time of year. A lot of the places around Campo De Fiori can be a bit on the rip off the tourist side but this one wasn't....More

Made res online. Wanted outside dining - they said we didn’t make that res - of course the on-line site didn’t offer the option. They still sat us outside but at a table highly slanted - but worked. Ordered two pizzas - one with sausage,...More

Everything is in the title. It's before all a nice decor. Behind this, nothing particular. Service, food quality, choice and quality of drinks. Nothing bad, nothing good, just average. It's a chain restaurant, like everywhere else. But we are far from a real local place...More

Nothing special about this restaurant. Service was adequate but food was below average. My friend found plastic in her drink. Wouldn't come back.

Arriving at the restaurant we were quickly seated and could order a beer but not a starter as they wanted all food at the same time. Bruschetta Pomodori is not hard to get started on as we are looking through the menu. In hindsight just...More

We we really happy with our dinner tonight. Food quality, service, and price were all great. My carbonara was good but my wife's gricia was excellent. Dinner for two with a couple of drinks each was a very reasonable 50 EUR. Recommend checking it out.

We booked in the afternoon for that evening and the waiter remembered my partners name. He got it wrong but him and his colleagues made the effort to call him by his name all night. We sat outside as it's so hot in Rome at...More

Pizza restaurant, right in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Campo dei Fiori, Ai Balestrari is a place where there is still the culinary tradition of the capital, where the plates are those of the past and you can still enjoy the genuine flavors of the kitchen traditional.
