A hidden gem. Perfect food and professional and friendly staff. Was given a free squid dish. Top wine list and my lovely brother paid. Happy days. Was told 'trac' district was best area and proved to be so. Back streets away from tourist attractions way...More

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon while we were visiting Rome. I made a reservation because I had read positive reviews Trip Advisor. It was a nice restaurant and we had a pretty good meal, but not our best of the trip....More

We tried this restaurant because it was recommended in our Rick Steves guide and because we were hoping for great seafood in Trastevere. It ended up being one of the best meals of our trip. The fish was outstanding, especially my husband's amberjack with crispy...More

Happy to have a solo for dinner, I got in before the busy period and they were turning people away. I had seared scallops with tomatoe, basil and pine nuts. Well cooked but lacking seasoning. For mains I had the swordfish, it was unfortunately overcooked...More

The osteria was recommended by a local friend, and I cannot thank him enough. We were lucky to find a table at the last moment and what a feast we had. The food is really excellent and so are the wines. Banal to say maybe,...More

My husband and I shared the salted seabass for two, and it was delicious. The service was great, and the restaurant was not too loud. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely restaurant in the Trastevere area. The food is very good. We chose to eat downstairs which was quaint. Staff is nice.

Went with friends on Easter evening. My wife and I with a mother and her two children. The restaurant couldn't have been nicer to the kids. Excellent, friendly service. Traditional Roman fare. Excellent pasta and seafood. Very modestly priced.

Great place for dinner, specially with fish meals. We had a delicious simply cooked octopus with olive oil, lemon and parsley. Also the fried artichokes, grilled cod with cherry tomatoes and the star dish: the lingini with shrimp and porcini recommended by the owner. Delicious...More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Warm atmosphere in the heart of Trastevere with fantastic, well-presented food. Great place for authentic Italian dishes as it is mainly frequented by locals.
