We really went out of our way to look for this gelateria that I had read from different blogs about gelato. We had difficulty looking for it since the name of the owner is not in the signage outside. Outside, it says "Il Gelato di All'Aventino." After persevering, we found this little gem outside the city center. I see locals... More

Got the €2 small cup with 2 flavours, had matcha and pistachio, both very flavourful and rich. My friends got other flavours too which were all really good.

Wonderful flavors and even some unusual flavors for the curious palate like Gorgonzola and habanero! We've visited a bunch as we live nearby. Love it!

After a very long, hot day of walking from museums to churches to Roman ruins, we wended our way to il Gelato di Claudio Torce near Circus Maximus. Quite a wide variety of gelatos, sorbets and glaces. They even offer soy-based gelatos. One of our group ordered the sunflower seed/chocolate and found it delicious. While there, we witnessed locals coming... More

I was here on my last day in Italy, looking for a good rated gelato, and was not impressed. The attendant wasn't too friendly (she was serious the whole time), and the gelato was good, but nothing out of this world. For a place with such good rating, that would attract lots of tourists, the only person working there didn't... More

This place is like an ice cream heaven. They have different varieties of ice cream so you have a lot of choices. We tried orio flavour, vanilla flavour and smurf coloured ice creams and they tasted amazingly good. We should say that these were the best ice creams we had so far. As far as the pricing concern we feel... More

No other ice cream parlor in the area beats this one. In fact I am sure it is one of the best in Rome, with abundant choice. Over 13 different kinds of chocolate, cream. Fruit really taste like fruit. Also some very original choices, like to go to Gonzaga or red pepper. The celery flavor is very good. Excellent!

Last night in Italy had to try one more gelato. Have had some great gelato treats this trip. Di Claudio didn't disappoint. I had the chocolate with Himalayan salt. Catchy title and it was really good. If you are near the area give it a try.
