A good friend of mine from Sorrento told me that when I got to Rome I had to eat at Dino & Toni's. I made a reservation and we arrived on time - there was a lot of yelling going on (I don't think they realized we understood Italian) but we quickly realized this was all part of the place.... More

Can't say enough good things about this place! It was like eating in my grandma's kitchen. There is no menu and no prices. The owners are very nice, they cook, serve, chat with you, tell you that you must finish everything! It's so much fun. Food is placed on your table in courses- Antipasti, Pizza, Pasta, Meat/Fish, Dessert, Coffee. All... More

No. Not dining, eating! What looks like a non-descript pizzaria hides a wonderful restaurant. The two brothers make you feel like you're at a happy family meal. No need for menus, Tony comes by and asks "antipasti?" and quickly the food arrives. LOTS of food. The same with pasta (at least 2 kinds) , and then "carne or pesche". We... More

The owners/waiters/chefs frantically served up classic Italian courses in healthy portions. Sometimes found yourself smiling and nodding to their questions regarding the next course, while wondering where it would go. But, this only added to the authenticity and appeal of the place. Tip; just roll with it as it will be worth it!

Out of this world antipasto, followed by authentic roman pasta dishes and quality wine. We wished we had enough room to try dessert! Crazy friendly staff, cozy home environment - one of the highlights of our trip.

Worth every penny - Family style you eat what every they are cooking which is out of this world. Great energy - fun - the passion for the food is in the air. It is like some one opened up their kitchen to cook you a meal from anti paste to desert and limon cello. One of my highlights to... More

Our hotel recommended this place and we strolled to it having been told it was a true experience of Rome. We arrived about 15 mins before opening (6:45pm) and the place was in darkness. We were asked to come back in 15 mins and when we did the place was heaving and we were lucky to get a table! I'm... More

Family dinner, ended up there following recommendation of Airbnb host. No menus, no info on options or prices. The waiter recommended the antipasti della casa. The food was fine, pizzas, pasta, croquettes, salami and ham aplenty, simple but mostly excellent. My wife and I then shared a seabram with a side of chips and then again dolci della casa, very...
