Ad Hoc was a fantastic experience! Had been in Rome previously and could not get into the restaurant. Four years later we got back and made reservations on-line. Food was superior; wine selection was spot on. We did the truffle tasting with the wine pairing. The food and presentation was impeccable. The flavors were intense and unique with each coarse.... Dinner at Ad Hoc is not simply a meal, it is a dining experience. The food, wine and service are superb. Be prepared to relax and enjoy your evening here. The tasting menu is excellent, as are the other dishes.

Should you find yourself in Rome or have plans to be there book a table. You will not be disappointed.The staff is lovely. Every bite was super yummy. The selection of wines was quite impressive, though i do not drink...i EAT! and i will return again to eat.

If you love truffles, then this is the right place to eat for you! We were the first customers that night. I think they just opened for the dinner service when we arrived.
