This restaurant was recommended by my professor and it was fantastic. We were able to try the carciofi alla Giudia here, which was excellent, and the pasta was simple yet outstanding. We also really liked the size of the portions, which weren’t too big. Overall,...More
One of the best and most memorable meals we had in Rome. Wonderful to find unpretentious people who take genuine pride in what they do, and even more impressive when you discover that it’s a restaurant which has been passed down for generations. While it...More
I have been to Settimio after an absence of 20 years. It used to be good and now it is even better. We ate outside during a fantastic sunny day of May. Service was very attentive and quick but the food was memorable. We had...More
This restaurant is very nice and located downtown in a quiet street near crowded areas. The ambiance of the place is nice. The menu is interesting, a blend of roman tradition and modernity. Service level is good, quality is high, and prices affordable.

We ended up at Settimio All'arancio shortly after arriving late in the evening in Rome and what a wonderful welcome dinner. we loved the Artichoke dishes and the whole fresh Sea Bass. Great simple Roman food, highly recomended.
The ambiance, service, and food were outstanding! Be sure to have the Arancio Ravioli and tiramisu. Roman artichokes too! All around an amazing experience!
Good and fresh seafood. Quick and nice service. We followed advise of waiters and had daily catch (sea bass) and some grilled scampis for starter. Both were very nice. My nephew had a steak, which was not bad, but not very good either
