Go here for the wine. We just had appetizers and the food was underwhelming. Dinner might be better...

After a morning exploring the Roman Forum, this traditional little enoteca is a great spot to enjoy some local grub. Quiet and away from the crowds. Wines are decent, food is delicious and the service is good too!

Via Cavour is a wide, traffic filled main road full of tourist trap places to eat. Close to the Colosseum and Forum. 313 is the door number of this outstanding enoteca, that serves delicious home made food with a vast range of wines to choose from. We suggest you leave the choice to the amiable proprietor. If you are used... More

We went here twice during our 1-week trip to Rome. Both times the service was super friendly and knowledgeable. The wine selection is fantastic, along with the food and dessert, with a nice selection of rums. We had salmon one night, which was nice but normal, but the aged meats and cheeses and deserts we had were really great!

We were here 7 years ago and had to go back. And again we enjoyed it! You can choose from many wines. They have a lot! We had the great Vi di Romans Dessimis Pinot Grigio wine and some nice dishes. It was good to be back!

Was given this trip as a gift and was not dissapointed. Ursula the host was friendly and informative and we were made to feel comfortable straight away . The wines were well chosen and the platter of cheese and meats were a great addition and accompanied the wines excellently. Would highly recommend.

Cavour 313 is a nice option in the Monti district of Rome, on a busy street but inside it is a charming wine bar with a great selection of wines, cheese plates and cured meats. Nice if you are in the neighborhood.

After a very long walk around the collusion, palatine hill and the roman forum in comfy shoes but on very rough ground, feet throbbing. I had heard of 313 and I wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing and the wine didn't disappoint, although I did quaff it ! I had a thirst on. The cold meat platter and cheese dish... More

To find this quaint local little restaurant you will need to look for the doorway as it doesn't stick out like most. Great selection of all types of wines reasonably priced. Lots of locally made appetisers to choose from but limited main courses. Great place to visit for wine connoisseurs

Earlier in the day, we passed by this wine bistro next door to our hotel and thought it looked like a great place for a glass of wine. After a long day spent at the Vatican, we decided a light late dinner and a bottle of wine was in order. What a great find the Cavour 313 turned out to... More
