This restaurant was recommended to us by Riccardo from Hotel Trevi and we weren’t disappointed. Prosecco on arrival (win win) and continued with their friendly and attentive service. The food was exceptional. The bread 🥖 OMG Finished with a Sorbet that I’m sure they made...fresh 😋 Great place 😊More

When we entered at 8:50PM there was no one in the restaurant . They asked if we had a RSVP which we didn’t and were seated right away. They also didn’t, for some reason, couldn’t make a cocktails and didn’t have gnocchi. The food was...ok, but I wouldn’t describe it a pomegranate/ fish dish. There was barely any pomegranates and even less of a reduction and flakes of fish. My husbands appetizer came out the same time as my dinner and he didn’t even get his dinner until 10-20 min later. He did enjoy his dish and it was full of flavor. Overall, the food was good but the service could use a little work.More

During a recent trip to Rome my wife and I were astonished and delighted to find a really good, affordable restaurant very near the Fontana di Trevi. Even more astonishing was that the ristorante La Fontana di Venere offered dishes which were not only innovative...and contemporary but also tasty and balanced (not simply unusual or exotic). Moreover, whereas in some trendy, creative restaurants the portions tend to be rather skimpy, at the Fontana di Venere servings were more on the generous side. We recommend the Fontana di Venere to everyone, but especially to people who have already enjoyed the staples of Roman cuisine and would like to benefit from the achievements of contemporary chefs.More

The food is not as special as i expected although the food price is relatively expensive. Risotto with a small portion is 19€ with 2 scallops, i think it is quite little. Or may be is it a high-end restaurant? The taste of carbonara is...good but spaghetti with seafood is a bit salty.More
