Nice place. Clean and well furnished. Food is a bit disappointing. Cold and tasteless. Kids did not enjoy the buffet that looked great at first look.

Super nice people and they have a buffet in 10/15 euro with a verity of vegetables, lentils and rice, and not just pasta :) Very good for vegans/ vegetarian

Had breakfast here one morning after a visit to Trevi & it was delicious. Apricot cornetti was tender and espresso was delish. Mostly empty so no trouble getting a table for 8 people.

When meandering around the streets of Rome refreshment breaks are essential - and not always with food. This place, in the vicinity of the Trevi, was quite happy to let us sit outside and have a very nice coffee, and then a gelato. We also were able to use the bathroom. Watching the passing parade is always entertaining, and this... More

We had our breakfast here. The coffee is very good, as the italian cornetti. Delicious! The waiter Daniele is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. It deserves a visit.

We had breakfast at Assaggi d'Autore every day during our stay. It's a cosy place with classic decor and comfortable sofas, an excellent environment to have coffee and cake in the morning. The place has regular clientele and can get busy however the friendly staff will serve you great tasting coffee in no time.

We were a bit tired and wondering as a family what to do for dinner after seeing the Trevi fountain when we came across this small, charming restaurant. For 9 Euros we enjoyed fantastic cocktails accompanied by a plate of 'tapas'. A kind of set deal which was mentioned outside but only clear once we saw it. It was enough... More

Quite possibly the best meal I have ever eaten. Great cocktails, superb steak & the best tiramisu I have ever tried. The dessert wine suggested was divine. Our favourite restaurant in Rome

Very nice restaurant. We stopped over forum lunch. Food is 'con amore'. Glutenfree is no problem. Nice wines too.

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
