Waitress just wasn't happy. Felt a bit uninvited. So firstly we got asked if we would like water, I usually find that this is complimenty tap water it was not and was 3 euros. Then came our order we ordered two pastas which she acknowledged but failed to ask us if we would like any alcoholic drinks not even asked... More

The restaurant is very cozy and very good reception. the delicacy of the dishes and the great quality, are a sure point of reference for those who want a superlative dinner accompanied by fine wines. The fish dishes are dominant and the desserts are characterized by excellence. When you reach this level you can not expect a low cost about... More

Everything was disappointing from the oversalted cod carpaccio to the indifferent preparation of sea bream and the horribly overcooked string beans! Service was adequate and the white wine excellent but it could not make up for the food which, next to the 5 other less pretentious places that we ate in Rome, could not hold a candle. It was also... Our party of three had dinner here on a Saturday night. We had booked a week in advance, having read good reviews in the local papers. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a comfortable table. Most of the clientele appeared to be local and there was a pleasant, chic vibe. Although the restaurant was busy, the atmosphere remained calm... More

There are rare events which exceed your expectations, but I admit the dinner I had in this restaurant was one of them! At walking distance from St. Peter Cathedral and the Vatican Museums, in a quite street, parallel to the shopping street of Via Cola di Rienzo, it doesn't impress you from outside. Certainly more charming inside, my wife and... More

We had a very pleasant business dinner at this restaurant. The food was excellent, as was the service provided by a very attentive waitstaff. The owner came out to recommend specials to the table and the fresh baked fish that was shared by the table as the main course was among the freshest and most flavorful fish dishes that I... More

Cannot think of anything I disliked about this amazing restaurant. The food and service were outstanding. The owner personable and justifiablely proud of his restaurant.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
