We came here on our first night in Rome as it was local to our hotel, we dined in many other places all week and apart from the night we went on the Roman food tour we did not find its equal for atmosphere, friendliness of our waiter Khan and food quality, when we come back to Rome we will... Friendly staff and good italian food at a reasonable price, great value for money. We had the turbot & fish roe spaghetti, delicious!

I visited this restaurant with my family twice, as it was very close to our hotel (Cicerone Hotel). I try to find something that I don't like, but I can't. Everything was perfect! 1) Excellent couisine, good portions. 2) Friendly staff. We met Farid, a waiter there. He was very helpful and was smiling all the time. It;s difficult to... More

Popular with a good selection of entrees. Fine selection of wines and after dinner drinks. Americans, Germans and Italians dinning willing to engage in conversation and total enjoyment of the dining experience. Fully occupied by 7 in the evening so reservations a must. A very good relaxed choice for an evening of food and meeting others from around Europe.

We visited this nice restaurant twice during our stay in Rome. Varied and extensive menu with some nice traditional dishes such as lasagna and ravioli. Several pizza choices and speciality items as well. The menu is subtitled in English, as well. The staff is very friendly and engaging. The food is reasonably priced, although not fast, depending on what is... More

We ate here twice on our recent stay in Rome. The restaurant staff and food were excellent. We ate a quick veggie antipasto plate and shared pizzas with another couple. It was just what we needed after a 6 hour bike ride. The second time we ate the restaurant was busy with a large tour group. We arrived before they... More

Recommended by our tour guide for great local dining. It didn't disappoint! The food was great and the friendly staff were very accommodating. Try to get a table at their own Grotto!

Waited 5 minutes to get a waiter to notice us in the entrance. He said he was cleaning our table. 10 min later, literally all the staff in front of us, no one caring. They don't care about you, they have enough customers so it's not worth working to give the proper service... We left after 15/20 minutes of waiting... More

Wife and I stumbled on this place while walking to the hotel from the Metro. Food was very good. Wife had the Orecchiette with broccoli and sausage that was very good, I had Gnocchi with shrimp and clams that was also very good.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
