In Rome you can eat great food almost everywhere so it was very disappointing to visit this restaurant. Service is terribly slow, food is not good at all and it is not cheap. Would never recommend nor visit again.

This restaurant was early in our tour of central Italy and was a great beginning. The warm and friendly owner greeted us, shared the unintended benefits of their basement excavation and then... Great food, wine and service set a high standard for the remaining week...More

This is not our first visit and each time we have a true gastronomic experience. Rome is indeed packed with restaurants but the big plus of this one is that it offers the real gastronomy from Rome, whereas most of the only serve a mix...More

In the heart of historic Rome. Walking distance from many hotels. Food was probably the best we had in Rome. Excellent, welcoming waitstaff staff. If you’re lucky you might get a tour of the cellars where various ancient artifacts reside which were found during renovations....More
