Experience: Surreal. Perfect end to our week in Rome. Meal: Last serving of meat lasagna. Strong to the end. Atmosphere: Dreamy. Hostess is an angel. Liked Best: Tight quarters. Liked Least: N/A

I visited there years ago by accident. Was walking around then smelled the tasty food. Arrived kinda late for lunch, but staff was totally kind. Old man couldnt speak English so he asked a young lady for help. I got bean soup and pasta. Need to say bean soup wasn't my style at all so I didn't finish. But after... More

Despite many good reviews we found that the food was very stodgy and coarse. The bill didn't come itemised and we didn't know what we paid for. Food is really heavy and coarse. Service was good though. It is a relatively cheap restaurant for Rome standards but the food was not really good.

This nice typical and familiar classic osteria is always a great experience. In the years it is keepings its values and still remains a true experience in what the tradition should be!! Try it!!

We were pointed towards Alfredo e Ada by someone who lived in Rome for many years and after our experience there we really thanked him. A small restaurant, 6-7 tables where you can sit next to a local or another tourist and enjoy a good meal and a glass of wine. There is no fixed menu so you have to... More

This is a tiny restaurant just behind Piazza Navona, in the centre of the city. Can't book; no menu, just what the waitress tells you. A meal for four of us with one and a half litres of wine and two courses each was 73 euros and extremely good (veal and potatoes), carbonara Roman style as our main course. Highly... More

I felt compelled to leave a review given the incredible service and food at this small restaurant. From offering you wine as you wait in line to bringing you extra things to try that they had prepared in the kitchen, this was hands down one of the best dining experiences of the trip. The food is outstanding and the people... More

The typical Osteria Romana, a family business, small, with wonderful people working in it and the most amazing food. We have been in Rome for 3days and went to eat at Alfredo and ada's 3 times. If you are in Rome make sure to visit this place. Make a reservation first, since the restaurant is very small!

My wife and her parents had been here years ago and they had loved it. She suggested we should try together this time. What a warm welcome! What a modest and well arranged menu. You immediately see it's a family run restaurant and you will be treated sincerely, and that's what we all miss a lot these days, right? My... More

This is a restaurant we try to visit every time we are in Rome. It is a home experience in the middle of touristic meals. The food is simple and always delicious. Made at home, served at home. Thank you for staying the way you are.
