Petrucci is a little restaurant humbly located on the top of Ventiquatro Maggio street. The looks of the restaurant might not be very promising, but do not be fooled by that. The staff is very very nice and the atmosphere is cozy and down to earth. The spaghetti bolognese was a very good one with a beautiful and rich chunky... More

Located just outside of the crazy busy parts, we nearly passed by this restaurant yesterday, but as we were hot, sweaty and in need of a beer we decided to give it a go. Good decision. The beers are (at current prices) 5.5 euros but very good. Once cooled down we ordered a couple of pizzas. These were about 14"... More

This hotel is easy to find and was close to our hotel - Hotel Traiano. SERVICE = 100% on point. Sometimes European service can be slow in comparison to other places, but this group made sure everything was served appropriately. Friendly service. FOOD = Great flavors and generous portions. We enjoyed a variety of things at reasonable prices. PRICES =... More

Growing up in New York, I thought I tasted it all. Boy was I wrong! My wife and I stumbled across this restaurant and had lunch. We proceeded to return for lunch and dinner for the remainder of our visit in Rome (4 days). The food, service and cost was so outstanding, I did not want to eat anywhere else.... More

This restaurant is located just off Via Nazionale. We came across it on our way back to our hotel from the Vittorio Emanuele monument. It was late but the host welcomed us warmly. The pasta and pizza were great and the kids loved it as well. Very reasonable price for central Rome.

Fantastic food at a very reasonable price. We were in Rome for 3 nights and went there on a recommendation, we loved it so much we returned on the third night. Quality, traditional Roman, great tasting food, thoroughly recommend.

We had dinner here. It was rather late at 9:30PM so the restaurant was rather empty. The bruschetta was excellent. We also enjoyed Spaghetti Carbonara and Cacio and Pepe Pasta.

I had a few hours in Rome and stumbled across this place. Stopped in for pizza at lunch time. Nice crispy crust, thin and great sauce. Good price too. Went back for dinner too.

Good food and tiramisu is just perfect! We had a dinner her twice, back in December 2013. We also wanted to come on the third time, just for a cup of coffee and tiramisu, but it was too early that day. We will definetely come here again, when in Rome next time.

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
