Food was fine. Good actually. However, staff poorly trained. Went twice - two nights in a row. First night with large group two did not get their meal. Second night with another couple one person didn't get their meal.

Great place located walking distance to my hotel, the Parco de Principie Grand. Very attentive wait staff and reasonable price. They stayed open a little late for me - like 11:00pm because I arrive late the night I went. It was one of the best...More

This restaurant is worth a visit. I am really a foodie, and like to select Michelin star or recommended restaurants. Quanto Basta was recommended by our hotel staff, when we asked for a restaurant locals like with quality food, and good wines. For 30-60 euro's...More

We found Ristorante QB on TripAdvisor and decided to try in on our last evening in Italy. The staff, ambience, décor and service were all first rate. We had an extremely good Chianti Classico at the owner's recommendation, and shared a pasta as a primo...More

Quanto Basta is exceptional. The food is angelic. The wine list is delicious. The patrons are chic romans. The décor could have come straight out of a Felini movie. We went the day after our engagement, and the owner somehow noticed right away. He treated...More

This is a "first impressions" review, and they are very positive first impressions. We were early for our 20:30 reservation, but warmly greeted. The menu is not vast, but everything looked appealing, so it was a difficult decision. We decided on two antipasti and two...More

Modern cuisine with a hint of classical. Loved the small intimate setting both upstairs and in the outdoor patio area. All ingredients, the vegetables, greens, and pasta were super fresh, and cleverly assembled. The wine list was unbelievably reasonable. Try the Tasting Menu . ....More

of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for
last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as
such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has

Ristorante QB's mission s pouring our passion into everything we do, and using top-notch quality ingredients. We design the menu according to season availability, and adopt a "farm-to-table" short supply chain, selected directly from our market stalls in the Piazza Crati market (Roma). This is our guiding philosophy, and this is the message we wish to convey to our guests: eating well means eating healthy.
