Can't complain really. The two pictured dishes and a beer for 12 euros on the set menu and a free glass of champagne. Staff were polite and friendly. Worth a visit!

Thanks MAURO to help us to select this location. Also SALIM is a very good friend. He helped us a lot. He served the peanuts free of charge, free champagne. He also prepared a table outside. It is pleasant to sit outside, especially on a very busy/live/moving street. Prices are below average, quality above average. as a result of our... More

After a hunt for a good friendly restaurant in the first 3 days we finally found Habana, so we came back for our last 2 days as promised to the great Mauro! I would highly suggest this little gem as the food is excellent along side with the service and to top it off you're near the Trevi fountain and... More

They have menus with Antipasti, drinks, primo and secondo piati starting from 10 euro. Just to have an idea about the prices, prosciutto con melone was just 8 euro. The atmosphere is nice, even you can watch sports if you like.

With so many restaurants to choose from we were drawn in by MAURO. Great Canadian friend we met who convinced us to stop at the Habana Cafe. The food was as good as he promised, and they made you feel like old friends. Very affordable fresh menu. This is a fun, delicious stop in Rome.

The guy in front of the place is so warm and nice. He welcomed us and helped. Prices are quite good comparison to Rome. Lasagne and pastas are perfect! You can choose for having a nice Italian dinner.

For €10 you can not complain as it is a fair bit cheaper than other restaurants around Rome. A starter, pasta dish and drink. The cold cuts followed by the mushroom tagliatelle, was tasteful. We sat out the front so we could people watch. All of the staff were lovely too!

Enjoyed a drink at the cafe a few days before returning decided to go there yesterday and have another drink and a lunchtime 10€ set menu. The bruschetta was burnt on the crust and then the tagliatelle Al fungi wasn't very good both myself and my friend were very disappointed. The waiter tried to get us to have the fish... More

Along the footpath from Trevi Fountain to the Pantheon, look for our good friend Mauro enticing you to have a meal at the Habana Café. You can spend more money. You can have fancier seating, but you will not find better food or friendlier service than at Habana. Try the Bucatini - fantastic. The grilled sausages were amazing. Pizza -... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
