On of the badest pizzas i ever had. You can not cut this pizza because it is too hard. The starters and the pasta stuff was okay, but all in all i cannot recommend this restaurant. There are much better restaurants in this area.

Most restaurants in this area looks like tourist traps and perhaps the Pummarola isn't much different from the others in that aspect but somehow, it felt quite authentic. The staff was attentive and friendly and the food was much better than expected. The antipasti with...More

Compared to the first night in Rome, this was excellent. Good, simple food, freshly cooked, served hot. Good, none intrusive service. This is not a pretentious establishment, just simple honest food. Enjoyable evening.

We ordered salad, pasta and pizza. The pizza and pasta are awesome, the salad can be better and we don't recommended. The service was very slowly.

Tired at the end of our first day in Rome, we were not prepared to explore, so plumped for one of the many rather ordinary 'tourist' restaurants north of the Pantheon. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sevice and the food.

We ate here for a quick lunch. We ordered a spaghetti and meatballs and tomato spaghetti. The food was about average and averagely priced- we weren't looking for anything particularly special- but our experience was tainted when we tried to catch one waiter's attention to...More
