Sorry, my dear client You forgot to write that the restaurant was very crowded, and that after just ten minutes you have been served with a tasty mixt of sausages, cheese and bruschetta with tomato and a nice Aperol Spritz for just € 5,00 as...More

I am really sorry to have to write this review and to give a restaurant only one out of five but I feel after our experience tonight it is justified. It is me and my husband's last night in Italy after ten wonderful days (four...More

On our last night in Rome we visited the trastevere district for authentic Italian cuisine and Gino51 did not disappoint. Our waiter was friendly and polite, the setting was beautiful and the food was delicious. The pizza was cooked in a traditional woodfire oven and...More

What a wonderful, friendly restaurant! Gino is a lovely family man and runs his business as though you're a family friend. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced. It's a must try, especially the pizza and lasagne!

I chose the hamburger from the menu and I regret straight away, because with one bite I realised it wasn't fresh, so I wish I'd gone for something else, but here we are I'm fine,

The restaurant looked nice from the outside and so does the menu. The prices are ok. However, the waitress seemed almost annoyed at us for dining with them. She rolled her eyes and sighed and didn't put in any extra effort. The food was alright,...More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
