We had lunch there. Not really special. Pizza came 10 min earlier then pasta. I almost could finish my pizza when pasta came. Pizza was cold very quickly. Unfriendly personnel. Only for the money.

After 4 hours of the Coliseum, Roman Forum and Palentine Hill, this was a great place to stop and eat. Service was good. There was a small line but got in quickly. Food was good, house wine was great. We ordered a pizza and appetizer. Both were good. Atmosphere was great, good views to people watch.

The waiters in this reataurant are rude! We went for dinner after spending a lovely day walking around the monuments of Rome. We waited to be seated but all the waiters walked right past us and comletely ignored us. Finally we were shown to our table. Trying to get their attention was difficult. The food was average at best. We... More

Our lunch here was fine. The pasta was Ok, as Well as the risotto. I expected it to be better in Italy. The waitstaff is focussed on speed instead of service. All in all it was Ok.

Lots of great restaurants in the area but this is not one. The service was frenetic and the lasagna tasted like something from the freezer section of a typical American grocer. The deserts were t worth trying... they all looked pretty sad and beaten up. The daily special was sold out by 17:00? That was weird too...in a place that... More

Earlier on the day we went on a guided tour to the Colosseum and our guide gave us an advice not to eat at the restaurant nearby Colosseum and the other attractions - and boy was she right. We had made an reservation inside - they told us nothing about that we were going to be the only ones sitting... More

Angelino ai Fori has the perfect location, in the mid-way between Colloseo and Piazza Venezia. The service was good, but the food was good in average, in comparison to other restaurants in Rome.

This is a great place just across from the Forum and up from the Coliseum. We ate here twice (one lunch and one dinner) during our five day trip and the seating outside was lovely. We had different dishes each time, a pesto pasta, lightly battered fish, lasagne and tomato pasta along with desserts to die for, for afters. We... More

Great place just across from the Forum. It was out door seating and very nice. We had a couple of very good wines and bread with oil to start (very good). We both had the Lasagna which was terrific. Location was terrific, service was terrific and the food was terrific.

Thank Bill L
