They are too slow and immense queue is only due to this. Piadina itself is ok, but really waiting 45 minutes for it is too much.

Bellisimo. So many interesting choices its kind of hard to decide which. I had the Carlo’s which was great (although I asked them to add some fresh tomato. Great value and friendly service.
There is usually a long queue of Italians waiting to book- a good sign. There is an extensive menu from which to choose from, including the type of piadina to eat. It makes for an excellent, typical Italian meal, and they are not expensive either....More
Close to a perfect Piadina joint. Great vegetarian choices to boot. Popular with students and locals, small place that can get crowded., but offset by Very friendly staff and quick service.

Came here while short stay in Bologna in February. They have lots to choose from and veggie friendly. Best place in town for a quality piadina for a small price. Would highly recommend the food here :)).
