The risotto Giuseppe Verdi (with asparagus, mushrooms and culatello) is yummy and the punta di vitello (veal) is a nice secondo. The restaurant is large and can sometimes get a bit overburdened when busy, but that is compensated by the tasty food and the friendly... More

There was a big handmade banner saying "the mushrooms are in!". They had a wedding on, a family affair, the bride breastfeeding her child, immaculate as the Madonna, and everyone there with their dog and... More

I have spent a memorable evening with friends in this historical restaurant with feeling of old Parma town. The service was outstanding and also the local delicacies ,,torta fritta" along with the local wine Lambrusco, was exceptional. You can enjoy the stunning pieces of famous Parma Ham hanged on the stand in the middle of restaurant.

This restaurant was asked to feed 29 people at very short notice despite Parma being busy because of a food festival. They provided a stunning meal of Parma ham and other meats, risotto and two courses of pasta. Finally a dream of a sweet trolley. Service came with charm and humour and the singing and atmosphere made it an evening... More

My parents and the rest of my family are from Parma but now I live 9000 km away from thus beautiful city. The purpose to be come at Corale Verdi was to have some real traditional local food. Culatello and anolini were superb! Together with a bottle of local lambrusco wine named "Marcello" (highly recommended) I did my day. Prices... More
