We popped in for dinner one night when it was crowded but were very pleasantly surprised to be served quickly and our food was delicious. It must be a dog friendly restaurant as there was a family with their pet just inside the front door.

The service can be a little slow here as there was only one waitress for a full restaurant but otherwise this was a lovely evening meal. We were staying around the corner so ended up here out of convenience but we were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our food.

Three of us stopped in for a quick dinner staying in the New Town not wanting to walk to the Old Town. Only 1 server for the entire restaurant so service was a bit slow but very friendly. We ordered pizza and pasta and both were not great. Pizza had no taste and was dry, the pasta was not great... More

I've had the same dishes done much better in the states. Our server was nice, but the place was clearly understaffed and she was obviously having a rough night. Not her fault.

We went with two families, 8 total people, and just about broke the camel's back, since there was just a single server that night for the entire restaurant. Though that resulted in slower than normal service, the food was enjoyable. The kids were done eating before the parents were served, so that was a bit awkward. The house red wine... More

Spending 5 nights in Monterosso and walked into this resturant seeing ok reviews. Maybe this was an off night but there was only one woman waiting on the entire place. She was clearing disorganized and no table I saw got the appropriate service. After waiting 15 minutes to get water/drinks when other tables seated after us got drinks and bread(which... More

It was our first night in Monterosso and we went for a walk looking for somewhere to eat but we weren't in the mood to have to work too hard. We saw this place on the side road and thought why not. The waitress was very friendly and we were served quickly. I ordered the rigatoni matriciana which was nice... More

Had dinner here one night of our stay. Ministrone soup and pizza were yummy. Realistically priced food and wine. Comfy atmosphere. Bathroom yes. Would eat there again but we have a rule when traveling only eat at a place once.

We had taken the train from Florence for the day and ended up getting caught in a downpour that lasted most of the day. We were cold, wet and hungry when we arrived right when they opened for lunch and had the best food of our entire trip to Italy! Due to the rain, the restaurant quickly filled up so... More
